well i'm far from peak. 34 inch waist.

anyway, 2 of the co-morbidities of Covid19 - diabetes & blood pressure - can be treated or attenuated using exercise.

but I haven't heard one single city mayor, crying about "increased death rate" in communities of elderly minorities, tell those at-risk people to exercise APPROPRIATELY.

And the last president to suggest americans need exercise got shot in the head while on a trip to Dallas Texas...coincidence? I dont think so.

I think a president Schwarzenegger could get away with it.

separate question -

do you eat potatoes in any form, e.g. baked or french fries ?

or NUTS ... peanuts cashews whatever.

if so you have the full dose of Zinc that your cells need, AND you are consuming the chemical, like hydroxychloroquine, that gets the Zinc past the cell wall.

you are as protected from Covid19 as you could be, or close.

i still want to know what happened to the Olympic swimmer that caught Covid19 & died.

a shame if they cremated him, his body has important stories to tell.

Don't eat grapes either. Most of them are sprayd with chemicals, the same with strawberries.

I get allergic reactions to pesticides, and even after rinsing green grapes, I get it sometimes - gotta rinse them good by soaking. But grapes, cashews, pistachios, fruit in the summer - are all good munchie food, quick, grab and eat. Healthier than vanilla oreos too.

Corona.. The doctor I saw today to get blood test physical told me that some Italian MDs did an autopsy on a COVID death, and it was bacteria. He said doctors have been told NOT to do any autopsies on COVID deaths, because of spreading the stuff. Anybody heard of that? Antibiotics and vit C would cure the bacteria (lomatium too). He did have patients that had the covid, and they cleared up in 3 days with Vit C chelation. This is all just what he said, may all be BS.

20 something female patient received double lung transplant.

that is a picture of a "Covid19 lung".

"The 10-hour procedure was challenging because the virus had left her lungs full of holes and almost fused to the chest wall, said Dr. Ankit Bharat, who performed the operation.

"I hope that this becomes more common because I truly believe that we can save several patients," Bharat said."

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/coronavirus-woman-double-lung-transplant-chicago/

sounds a little wierd, out of context.

Human Lung, anybody ?

If it's thoroughly cooked, it's not infectious.

Very tasty - with Garlic butter.

Garlic butter makes snail tasty - why not Covid19 lung ?
