This was last night's info from ZH. That smog is coming from somewhere and it ain't vehicles. Someone did a calculation of the component of that smog that is given off by burning humans, and it is a lot of burneed bodies.

If the report from Taiwan is accurate the death rate is above 15%. That's very very serious.
It is going to come down to people self-quarantine themselves. The problem is people are not prepared to isolate for many reasons, and will still get out in the public by necessity (food, supplies, and other reasons). At least they are restricting travel from China where the concentration is highest. That took too long.

The announcement by a company that it had a stock of 10,000 boxes of face masks for sale prompted around 10,000 Hongkongers to camp out overnight and queue. Some waited from 2 pm the day before in Kowloon Bay, hoping to purchase a box of masks.
Each box was for sale at the price of 80HKD per box of 50, whereas some pharmacies could be seen selling face masks up to 500HKD per box of 100.

There was a Taiwan news article a couple days ago showing that the stats went up to 25k dead and 150k infected over the weekend. After a short time the stats were put back at ChiCom numbers.
Live Leak had vids of overflowing hospitals with no where to lay on the floor and people moaning and crying with pain everywhere.
Other reports show that ChiComs are suppressing those that are saying its worse than they are reporting that alone says that this is a MAJOR problem.
They are reporting only like 1500 people that have been cured so what happened to the other 30,000?

With all the kooky conspiracy theories this one seems like maybe it has legs. As in, the Chinese are lying about the number of dead or infected. I expect them to lie from their past actions.

Epstein is another one that just kind of makes you go hmmmm.... I hope this is just bs and blows over like SARS did. These bugs once released are just about impossible to contain and I am a bit scared even.
In the US there are better systems to contain stuff, ebola was a non event. In time there will be a bug that does not contain well and does a lot of damage, just a matter of time.

It looks like what they are doing is using an "inventory" of past deaths to provide data points for a government approved "death curve".
The TenCent incident and some other details point to a death toll much higher than 600.
Chris Martenson (academic background, nasty viruses & pathogens) set up a curve that matched China's daily numbers releases and then started predicting tomorrow's official China gov. death toll.
When tomorrow came, their numbers matched his.
It looks like they (Chinese Gov.) are slowly feeding the inventory of existing deaths into their official death toll curve.
Because the death toll on people of Asian descent seems so much greater, I got to wonder if the virus affects different races differently.
