question for everyone

question for everyone

My grow space in this room is 9 by 10 ft. All the plants are in 3 days of flower and 14 tall and 11 wide. I have 42 plants.

Should i add a bunch more and kinda crowd them in?

Actually I just added in 16 more plants. 12 purple kush on the gdp side and 4 kinda mom plants on the green crack side.

Feel better now!

Mmm, well the most important part is filling your canopy, whatever that takes.

Right now most plants are 4 days into flower. There are now 58 plants so I do have a more full canopy. I acheived 2200 as a ppm today on my co2 generator which is good it hasnt gone that high in a while due to the heat. I switched the sentinel back to 1700 ppm for now. The co2 is going to make this room kickass.

Mr C thanks!

Sensi , one thing that helped with heat in my room was using northern farmers tip of putting up a box fan to go across the lights. My box fan helps to disperse the co2 to where the plants are and also helps to air cool the lights a bit.

Mistress, I believe we have opposing views on the MH argument. I understand what you're saying and the reasons for it, they are valid. But, he's not looking for the extra push of quality over the lose of quantity.

lowes sells green cfl light bulbs for about 5 bucks. I have five mounted in parabolic reflectors tied to a wall switch. Green light does not trigger a photo response from the plants. They cant "see" green light in essence. so when i need to do something in there, i wait till lights out then turn on the green lights and get busy.

i use box fans blowing across the lights, and shut them off when i go in. i put 2 regular sockets on the ceiling ran off a little switch outside the room. i dont go in with the 1k's on, nor do i look at them. they are as intense to your eyes as the sun. shut those lights off before you go in there:hide:

damn, intense thread we got here

I should start wearing sunglasses 2, even 600's are starting to rape my eye's, BUT I like to chill in my vert room n catch some nice rays

its like going to the beach without having to leave your place. Got the warm sun, a bunch of beautiful girls around me, cold brew n a blunt, what more could a guy want? lolll:canabis:

not to be a nuisance, but can you give us your filter specs. i really need to find a kick ass filter cuz i've been having some smell issues around the place, i want this room for myself, already got my buckets built, all stand alone dwc, don't have the time to engineer a rdwc vertical yet (any ideas from the readers would be welcomed) got to get to another harvest first.

Hey I was burned on the noggin til I used light hangers meant for hoods to be raised. Added benifit is adjusting the lites to the height. Corners are the weak spot and rotating the pots for even growth.
I have 1 gallon bags in this round, very heavy labor in watering every other day, so next time I'll increase em and add polymer too.
Big tip; re-circulate your co2 as it is heavier than air by adding a duct hose or three to the back of an oscillating fan, drip the open end on the floor and connect the other to the rear of the fan shroud, voila!! Peace Bad...

Screws my room is 10 by 14 . The 18000 btu split ac is working good. Just had someone price out a 36000 btu for each room at 4k per room with ac and install.

This COULD be hazardous to some!!

MOST of the Green CFL bulbs are PAINTED green, and are not an actual GREEN light.

These WILL wake up your plant if they're painted so USE WITH CAUTION.
