The two 8 gallon buckets in front are 100% steel cut oats. :) And enzymes, yeast, and water.

The 32 gallons in the back are Deathwish wheat germ whiskey. Not a true whiskey, just fermented sugar water with wheat germ. Still pretty damn good after 2 distillations.

Twelve ounce glass fill it half full of small ice cubes pour Jack Daniels to the top of the cubes then top it off with water.

Some days I like to pull from a jug.

I heard jack gets its taste from the limestone caves it gets its water from.and yeah jack sucks

Its all flavored...

Most companies buy bulk ethanol from a huge company in Kentucky, then add what they want to flavor it and call it whatever...

Jack doesn't do it this way, they add flavoring at there site....

Whiskey, no matter how stable the conditions are, will produce different flavors every batch...

maybe the prices of whiskey will come down now that they have that new machine to age everything in like a week...supposed to be like an 8 year age done in no time ..so no need for aging in barrels for low end stuff....yeehaw

Have never been a beer drinker, but have distilled some to make very tasty whiskey!

Think we did a Racer 5 batch and it was super good...
