Well it's not just a matter of faith, there are a couple of cases of historical precedents to support such a belief, the most recent of course being 9/11 and before that WWII. When it comes to things like Iraq or Afghanistan both of which became unconnected to 9/11 when Bush took us into Iraq, then yeah there isn't much support for war or people wanting to voluntarily fight a war but when a country goes out of it's way to attack us without declaring war first like what happened in Pearl Harbor or with the WTC on 9/11 then there always seems to be this suge of Patriotism that has people rushing to the enlistment office so they can go teach are attackers that we don't tolerate that shit here in America.
