Acid Kush buds look dense and delicious! You tried them yet? Smell/taste now that they are dry?

Good luck with the aphid problem also. Tough to throw out the grow, plants looked perfect before the aphid invasion.

Yeah i tried them, im smoking right now, the smell is less pronounced and reminds me a lot of my skunk for now..taste sweet and good, im not that good with smells and tastes, they are not fully ready to close the jar, with it open its at 66% rh, and thats how they are, jar open, but seems good to the touch and smoke good.

Yeah its tough but i have rooted cuts from all 3, so is just a restart, for me in my situation, seems the most logical thing to do unfortanly since i dont see an improvement, saving time and money.

Thanks for stoping by

Peace :tiphat:

So in the last 2 days i continued adding neem at 3ml/l in every watering everyday, again, around 10~15% in water of the total pot volume.
i also saw a decrease to none in the plates of the bangi and the sativish kali, the yunnan one didnt show none since the last update, still, the perkiest one.

also the bottle of neem that i bougth was of 30ml and today was the last bit of it, so i root pruned the girls like i talked about.
i pruned them and water them with just the last bit of neem, peroxide and bioheaven.

i hope at least one of the girls get rid of the RA, if not, garbage, clean and pot clones, now i just can wait to see what they tell me.

I prune the branches and the roots like the thread of the bonsai moms here on icmag, for moms it worked, so i guess the only thing that can fail this is remaining eggs that were in the tiny bit of soil that i leave to each of them ( yeah i pruned quite a lot), wich have a high probability of happening, so if this go to shit, no bad feelings

How they are, its ridiculous but at the same time going against a wave in the ocean is too, anr i do it every summer :D

So 6 days have passed..
the yunnan kali was the first to show signs of getting out of that stunted feel in the 4th day..yesterday and today she was praying and the new growth seems good for now, i lst her a bit to see how she reacts

The bangi is the second one that is getting out of it, leafs still look funky, but i see some changes and also a bit of new growth

The more sativish kali only today at the 6th day she looks different, but not on the good side i think, the leafs shows kinda of a purpling colour, dunno, tomorrow i need to check if its better or worse

For now, no signs of any RA, at least for now..
i wonder if with the clones would be faster, maybe..

Today i went to check how the roots of the 3 girls are
the yuannan kali is the one that its better from the 3 and that show in the roots, she is the one that show more root formation for now, the bangi is in second, but less developed, the sativish kali dont show any new root and that shows in her looks, she must have some new roots because i see some minimal new growth but nothing that you can look at her and say that she is better.

The yunnan kali responded really well to the yesterday training, i also cleaned some side shots that had a stange growth from the bad days with RA soil ph etc, after the 4 hours pf the dark cycle the leafs were already pointing up and praying, wich i consider a good sign..

All of the visible roots have a white healthy look to them, still dont see any RA, flying or crawling one, outside or inside for now, fingers crossed

The yuannan kali at lights on today, for now im pleased with them

Very good news not seeing them. Hope you are done with them.
This kali china looks perfectly healthy, pity the other one didn't handle it so well.
Time to get back on track!

Thanks for stopping by and the moral support guys

So today i returned to check the roots again of the girls.

The yunnan china is the one with the most vigorous ones, white and fuzzy, looked for the fuckers didnt see any for now, but they can either be so small that i cant see or not in a huge numbers, if they are there.
Her roots.
20211114_235606.jpg

The bangi still in second, no root pics but just a bunch of the thick ones still reaching the bottom of the pot, no branch and no fuzzyness but white and no sign of the little fuckers..in the side pic i can clearly see how she developed since i root pruned them..the color of her is better and the new growht looks good appart from white tips in the very new growth, is the same soil that they were poted as seed so i dunno what is, im gonna wait.
20211114_235324.jpg
20211114_235344.jpg

The sativish kali is the one that is most late..she put out new growth, but for now i just see a white root tip, the soil was also wet and they all got the same ammount of water everytime so that tell me that indeed she dont have roots established enough, now if they are more slow due to her genetics or still some RA fucking with her, i dunno..
20211114_235337.jpg
20211114_235341.jpg

No brown roots anywhere, no kinda bruises but the 2 seedlings that i popped from my first seeds got RA too, i saw one in them yesterday and binned them..i looked at them roots, they were white, but bruised, a very light brown shade here and there, but didnt see any one in them, but i binned either way.. hell, the possibility of binning these 3 girls is still on the table so..

My bangi i guess if its not 100% i dont think is far from it, white in the bottom and green at the top, also the leafs are not cannoing anymore and the new leafs are starting to get a bit bigger

the yunnan kali is the one that is best for the most time, bottom white, green top. I open her up a bit more and she is the one more thirsty for now

i ordered some goodies online for them and the tent also because it is not prepared to flower photos, light leaks in the intake, lack of fans, etc..also im changing the nutes, i will try the guanokalong line, not all of them, but the essential and twitch here and there with biobizz if needed just because with the kalong line i will not need to add nutes in the watering, if everything goes like i think it will do i can even automate the watering in a rudimental way.. calcium is going to be from gypsum and calmag from biobizz if needed, i wanted oyster flour but i cant find it anywhere, i just find for chickens to eat, granulate, i supose is the same shit??

All in all this RA problem have some good turnarounds, obviously the learning curve in going to war with them, but also i found a bunch of online stores with a bunch of goods that i can use in the future, speacially an spanish shop with lots of different beneficial nematodes, predactory insects/aphids, oils of different kinds to protect and repel between other things.

about the RA, i inspect them everyday, not one in sight.

new growth on those plants looks much better !, Not had the pleasure of root aphids but have a constant battle with fungus gnats and their larvae which are similar but probably not so bad...
buds on the previous page looking great.

Hi VerdantGreen, thanks for stoping by, its a honour to me, thank you, i like a lot of your work.

I had those fuckers once too, in a skunk seedling, i manage them by simply remove the whole seedling and clean the roots under water, after that, if the soil was not contaminated in the bag i didnt have any more problems with them because i dont let them reach the soil, or try too..
I know you know it but why not use some nematodes or predactory mites or insects?

Thanks on the compliments on the buds, is nothing compared to some here

Well BTI is great for that, but nobody seems to sell it in living form, just their excretions. So you keep buying more..

Can't get the dunks here. I could only find vectobac granules (Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.israelensis) from a pond shop, which isn't available anymore. Nor is it practical, in a big garden or if it comes to coco and having it decomposing on the surface.. I used to toss a few granuals into my rez and use it like that..

That is why I am saying live culture would be better! They used to sell it for ponds.
