As for me I have two females and two males. I noticed that the males had wider leaves than females. All plants had the same smells and appearances, very stable, inbred line. Now that the flowering I can start to note some differences between the two females: one is shorter in size and internodes, smells stronger, very tropical fruity and is heading towards a strawberry smell. The other one is longer, more vigorous (easier to clone as well), I never saw more than 7 fingers on her and the smell is more discreet, among the tropical fruit is emerging an oliban/frankincense smell...my favorite so far.
All phenos have narrow leaves, not as extreme as some haze types but definitively in the tropical range of the NLD spectrum...
Anyone still growing this line?

I certainly intend to make more seeds out of them and probably do some crosses too, but calling this amateur seedmaking spirit with such a big word as breeding sounds too pompous, I little bit too much I am afraid. I am just like a little kid with a new toy, breeding is for prosSome people still have seeds and are breeding with it.
I am certainly curious about this line and I want to check if it is different from Coljam or not
After 48 hours I got 5 out of 5 to show roots
From Coljam I had 66% showing roots. And seed size is different in both lines
The Colombian in ColJam isn't Colombian Gold 1972. It's a Colombian Gold 1980.
Certainly, and Satva made it very clear about the pedigrees
But I got from a seedbank Coljam being sold for CG72 and I am not the only one to have been sold that, this is the reason why I am making the explicit differences in the explanation
Which seedbank?
are you saying you purchased cg72 and it's actually coljam? If others have got coljam instead of CG72 why would it be a mistake of the seedbank?
Can you explain i'm not following what's happening here
Hi Mike
I am not accusing you of doing it purposedly, in fact your service was excellent as opposed to the other USC distributors
I got Coljam from 2 different sources which cooperated in the distant past with USC and I got CG72 from you and TSCo
I run the seeds I bought from you and Coljam I bought from TSCo last year and happened to be the same thing, the same strain
After seeing Cristalin posts on Instagram about this I think he purposedly eliminated CG72 from the catalog and replaced it with Coljam and he is selling it under the CG72 label
I hope this is clear, I have no problems with you at all and no problems with Cristalin either. Then only problem is it is becoming increasingly difficult to trace seeds correctly as time passes by
Have a nice weekend everybody
Well the last repro by JGL was underway in April of 2015 according to the opengro forum.
Maybe different parental plants were used in the different repro's?
I started a cg72 using 12/12 light schedule from seed in an attempt to control growth. Well, so much for that theory!! When I left for the holidays, it had maxed out my 6’ grow box. Unfortunately, however, at 2 months it has yet to reach flower stage. This one may be a bust. I’ll get some pix when I return home.
