The only way I can describe what posting pictures in this thread feels like is standing in the gym showers with a bunch of guys who have bigger dicks than me.

Denvers new Medical Marijuana Ordinance goes live Monday

Summary of Denvers new Medical Marijuana regulations

rmccinc719 - that drink looks SO GOOD! oh and the stuff behind it too...

• All sales of Medical Marijuana must be orchestrated directly by the patient’s Primary Caregiver, and any delivery of the meds must be made by the patient’s Primary Caregiver.

huh? What does this mean exactly?

Means anyone other then the Patient and his Caregiver may exchange, or even discuss any and all sales or transfers of pot between the two. Your caregiver cant give it to someone to give; and you cant have a translator if you speak Spanish and they do not...

What about the employee's of these dispensaries?

What a joke. Who is going to enforce that on all of the little guys that do delivery only or baked goods only and operate like a regular mom & pop small business? No one would ever know that your selling pot if you didn't mention it on your retail sales license app. None of this applies outside of Denver City or Denver County. All of these "Broadsterdam" dispensaries that are so close together are mostly in Englewood lol. If you are a delivery service you could just register your business at a different location outside of Denver. Every time they try to pull this shit we are going to find ways around it. I was just throwing around the idea making a mobile dispensary in a shuttle bus. This whole ordnance thing isn't bad though. There are new regulations on Dr.'s making deals for cargiverships. And this whole ridiculous thing will probably drive prices up witch is still good for us.

What it says to me is that if a caregiver is acquiring meds for a patient, he/she cannot use a third party, and must "orchestrate" the transaction him/herself.

So I can't buy meds from anyone who is not my primary caregiver? This is the first I'm hearing about this if that is the case. I don't think many people know about this.

So you walk in the door - assign them as caregiver, load up and go to the next disp and do it again?

Which will really help the current jam at CDH.

Not the way I read it but who knows. Although I believe technically you cannot buy meds from anyone who isn't your primary caregiver, hence the temporary caregiver forms most dispensaries have.

Of course you can currently buy meds from somebody who isn't your primary caregiver. Otherwise all dispensaries I have ever purchased from would be routinely breaking the law. Primary and temporary are obviously mutually exclusive terms. I've never signed anything at a dispensary anyways, ever.
