i was gonna mention marlo's narrow room, used to be 400's now is 600's vert. i was unaware he had them arranged to move vertically, very cool techniques we are all coming up with....

Also going to throw out a reminder that the deadline for submissions for the Frost Bowl is the 18th last I heard.

re: meeting about cannabis clubs - i heard they are going to grandfather in existing clubs... so (imo) peeps should GET ONE GOING NOW to get grandfathered in when the new laws hit, to avoid going thru the whole licensing process that i bet they are about to create.
prolly just takes a bunch of signatures of "members"

apparently a bill has already been introduced (by roupe and singer) to create a license for cannabis clubs....

Cannabis and foodservice go together too well in the current consumption culture for them to continue to restrict it, this needs to change.

Back when Ganja Gourmet first opened, their grow was very unsuccessful, but they were able to stay in business by specializing in foodservice, onsite consumption, etc, this was long gone by the time I started working with them, and honestly I don't even understand why. Most of the items they served were either room temperature stable (breads and baked goods) or frozen and cooked in a toaster oven (pastas and pizzas) so there weren't many potential food safety issues that I can think of beyond improperly stored items.
