My first thought was she looks like those thin single Oaxacan leaves :)

Hey guys, does anybody here have any experience with the tap water quality in downtown colorado springs?

I would be going down to Manitou Springs and getting that highly mineralized water. I've been wanting to go get that water for my self to drink.

Right now, I fetch water for my plants and me. In between Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski resorts, there is a nice little spring on the north side of the street...

I know just what you're taking about. I used to live in Summit. Would always stop and fill up the water bottle from that spigot on the way to/from a basin.

Any details on that? I've always wondered where it comes from...

No idea. The snake river which comes from Montezuma is super polluted though, from all the mining. I'm thinking (blindly, foolishly hoping) that the Abasin spout is above and away from all the old mining. But who knows, they've mined everyone up here…

I did meet a guy at the Abasin spout one time who said he had it tested in the past and found a small tapeworm. He was still there drinking it though! HA! I suppose I would rather take my chances with nature than with the treated public water supply. I've drank about 50-75 gallons personally, with no problems. I did just hear though… Don't drink that water in spring and summer (runoff). So drink it when it's cold and you hopefully should be ok…

My plants LOVE that water though. I'm cracking seeds and it's been a month with no food. Leaves are green and the plant is healthy...

i dunno if i would use the manitou springs water on plants... would be considered VERY VERY hard water, some with high sodium contents even.
high mountian springs in winter time? prolly all good,
just my 2 cents.

twin springs water is always running, an in my opinion the best for daily drinking use. if i could i would drink nothing but twin spring water from manitou, wouldn't even share it with the plants :D

I think the Frost Bowl will be fun to attend regardless of the entry increased amount. How much help for the cause would it be to simply not show up? I think it would be more helpful to attend at least one day, meet the owners and organizers and voice your opinions on the event and everything. These guys want to continue to do these events and continually improve. I'm sure they would appreciate and welcome constructive criticism and feedback.

That was a different video from what I had seen already Corvette Doc. All the other videos I saw were from Saturday and this one was either both days or all day Sunday.

Has anybody else heard about the Indo Expo in Denver that same weekend? Weed event double whammy.

Yeah, That first point has been nagging at the back of my skull as well. Plus add in the fact that I was told that I could enter one strain for free and I am too conflicted to decide. That video was made by a guy trying to document the legalization here for his own home land...they kill you for possession over 100grams there. I hope that he found something useful while he was here. That video is the only proof that my NYCD was there on Sat. but obviously missing before I even got there. The awards were on Sunday...And I REALY want to get one of those pendants... I just can't decide!

I have attended IndoExpo in the past and will be attending again this year. Great way to see new products entering the industry as well as hang with good peeps.

seems like the main difference 'tween those two events (frost bowl & indo expo) is that there is smoking at one (frost bowl) and no smoking at indo expo...
terpz, was there smoking at indo expo? or am i just assuming that?

I groomed out a PCK plant just for this event. I let it go insanely long to get the purple into it. It is almost all purple. But by letting it go that purple it has almost no THC left in it. It tastes nice and sweet but a little harsh like all of my long cures. I was hoping I could squeak by a people's choice on that. No one should realize that it doesn't get you stoned...just tastes great with all the others that are getting you stoned...or is that a bad trick?
no-one should notice till they reveal the lab results.
If I enter my Black Jack they might trip on the lab results. this stuff is POTENT! But the smell reminds me of spraying a skunks but with pledge. And it looks brown like old ditch weed. That should trip em out.

Hope everyone is inside keeping the plants warm today.

Decided on a new years resolution, will identify trolls before replying to them online from no on, so that my new year will have fewer pointless arguments with people who are frankly beneath my notice :) couple incidents that had me thinking I had genuine issues turned out to be total strangers exercising their right to act worthless online

Merry Christmas everybody, stay safe on those roads while visiting family, eat seconds, try to nap in between the children fighting over the cooler packages.
