Cities and counties can modify state law as they see fit. I assure you if the council had allowed the people to vote these ordinances would have never passed. Lakewood is allowing a re-vote in November regarding A64. Shouldn't have to even do that Imo but at least it's up to the people. Not a biased city council! I keep an attorney on retainer. I have a meeting with him tomorrow am. He can buy me 30-60 days to finish plants already flowering but you know that old saying "can't fight city hall" it's a wall at this point. It's in my best interest to move ASAP

legalization has been a fucked up mess.
I do not, and have never wanted, legalization. I want Decriminalization. I want to see canna grown as freely as you can grow a tomato plant. That will frik up some businesses. Oh well.

Ok. So I have a solution! I can comfortably fit 12 plants in 7-10gal coco pots under 6000w and in 120sqft. My wife and I are going to grow 12 plants in our home under A64 and in compliance with City of Golden ordinance 1979 and move my entire caregivership to another location. Essentially, I'm adding some grow lights and not moving anywhere! Not the ideal situation but it will work for me.

Only 6 plants in bloom at a time for a couple unless you have extra plant counts under a med recommendation. You're obviously on the radar, so don't tempt fate, OK?

Depend on your neighbor to claim offensive smells even when there aren't any, bring the cops back over & over.

In your place, I'd move out, maybe rent the place to a motorcycle gang or a nice big sec 8 welfare family. Contact social services to arrange the latter. The rent is guaranteed.

Fuck me? No- Fuck you!
