My thoughts exactly... pretty confusing with all the names in the world, we have a 707Headband, a Loompa's Headband, and then Reserva Privada does a seed release with Headband beans, it's a pretty popular name!

It does look dank, I'll grant you that! The Loompa I have is sativa like in structure, and is more Dieselly than my ECSD, and frostier than a snowman!

I believe the Loompa Headband is an S1 of the Original Diesel (see above). From my understanding, the 707 headband, originating from Humboldt county, 707-area code, is actually a hybrid, SoCal Master Kush x (OG Kush x Sour Diesel). In my experience, the 707 headband is a bit hashier and kushier and leans more towards the OG side of things, where the loompa is a bit more lemon-lime fuely and leans more towards Sour Diesel.

Definitely the kushy side and definitely OG and SourDiesel ish genetics in there. My reference is that up in norcal there is the '707' from oaksterdam and then one that everyone seems to freak out for that is also 'from' the 707 area, but not the one that is widely distributed.
honestly i know there is a lot of variations and a lot of what folks call headband, this one i personally LOVE...and one of my buddies from that area was like "wow, real headband"/ otherwise I dont really care outside of the fact that it's chronic
I think considering it's here in CO...we should call it 'earmuff'

Fuck Kushcon....IMO....stripper show is all it is....my buddy dragged me there after I repeatedly told him I wanted no part of it...then I got hasseled by a guy for like 20 minutes about how cheap his dispensary sells oz. and how I should come check him out...I didn't have the heart to tell him that I am a grower...nor did I want to enter such a convo...cuz then he probably would of asked me how much I sell lbs for....fucking waste of time, space, and money....Kushcon is a big fucking stupid sideshow that only makes our industry seem less legitimate and less respectable...

villain- I think you may actually have the "Original Diesel" or the original headband, depending on who you ask....lucky cut! I've only got the S1 of that.....from my understanding, the 707 headband sent around by SR-71 is total shit and probably not even a close genetic make-up of a real headband....so many headbands, so few are truly good! Although, I've heard of some guys up in the hills working on a "303 Headband"....

That headband looks super dank! So many strains to choose from, so little time.... So far I have Sweetest Cindy 99, Lifesaver, Shiva Skunk, OG x BK, 5 Grape Ape x ???? phenos, 6 NYCD x ???? phenos. The mystery dad is a sativa dominant plant with a lemony fuel? smell? All the NYCD crosses look promising too... smell isn't as strong as sour diesels I would say.

Can someone clarify where the state is for growers right now? Sorry, I did do a lot of searches on icmag and elsewhere, but it appears vague and oft-changing.

How many plants can one single fella (non-caregiver) grow? How much dry bud? Is there is a precedent for harassing personal use apartment growers in Colorado?
