Coffeeshop changes in Amsterdam

Well when I brought up how much it would run I figured we'd get some ideas. Sounds like we did. Also about having the "Dutch" frontman, I didn't for one second think that it would be difficult to do...I assumed a few of our growers here would be Dutch anyways.
So anyone know for sure if there is a place for sale? Also if so please give an estimate as to how much. I am curious to know if you can buy a place there the same as you can here in the States.. where you only need to put a certain amount "down" then make regular payments. This might be a very stupid question but since I do not know how to buy property in other countries I think I should at least ask...
My view on it was, if the shop ran out of the legally allowed limits, then we'd just have to wait until we legally got more. Yes it is a commercial business but I'd see it more of a connissour type set up and if something is out, its out... gotta wait. I don't see how you cannot make money if you have the best herbs. I just don't see it as trying to be the biggest because I don't think you can do both.
Plus if the shop has sleeping quarters such as a room or even 5 rooms..something.. then it would be even better for a contributing partner. You could have a place to sleep while in town and avoid having to goto hotels if you didn't want to. Just some other thoughts on it.

Dude that would never work, it has to be done the way its done now, stored at a safehouse and brought over by someone, I don't think you realize how much weed and hash a coffeeshop goes through in one day, the dealer from Katsu once said that in 24hrs the in house stock is completely gone. You just going to wait three four months to get a new batch?
BTW I was the one who mentioned the price and the Dutch frontman.
Why not save some money and make it true?

Thank you for your clarification as to being the one who mentioned the price and being the frontman, although it was Goodbyebluesky that offered to do it and it was Delta9thc that listed the price first. Either way you did suggest that a "Dutch" frontman would be needed and that is at least a contribution to the idea. Thanks for that. I didn't mean it to be rude but I just think that you don't realize how much weed goes through a coffeeshop. you have to have multiple suppliers and thats just for weed not to mention import hash. You must mean how two members started shit with me? One of which is not here becasue of what he did. Damn right, I'll guess around 10 kilo's a week and thats probably under what they actually sell.
And I guess he could now a bit of this and that about how things are run over there...a shop like De Dampkring, I think, could easily sell tens of kilos in a week, man, people would rip a K out of my hand in a minute over here even for 10€/g, I wish I had a few extra ones.
