Dolomit do coco może być niebezpieczny.
You can use dolomite lime with coco, but its very dangerous if you add more than required. Being dolomite of slow release, you may find a huge lock out due excess Ca, that is the worst ever it may happen when growing in coco.
Coco need a Ca/mg buffering. Very often, you need to add supplementary Ca/mg at the starting of the grow, in order to load the media with it, and displace other undesiderable cations that may be present (Na, Al). Often manufacturers of high grade coco does it before selling it.
But once the coco is loaded, then if youcontinue adding more Ca and Mg, when all nutes (except those formulated to hard water) already add it is very dangerous. Thats why using an slow release of Ca is not a good idea in coco. If you find the right concentration (soft) it may work well.
But in general is a better idea to load the media with enough Ca and Mg from a fast release amedrenment (or tea, oe CalMg, or whatever), and use just what nutes adds from that on. Basicly, less risky.
