Cloning without lights, success.

I've always grown in soil organically and I also have found that my plants tend to do better when they are let go dry between waterings, especially indicas. The quickest way to get clawed leaves is to water too much. My 2 cents......................

What was your media? Same strain? Peace and puffs

It was fine coco with chunky perlite, two different phenos of Strawberry Diesel F2's. The closet probably hit 90°F two times. A couple 20°F swings is not a good thing imho.

like i said, ill try again (and i'll probably take the cuts today).

Well...this proves that lighting isn't important to cloning success. Put the light, any light, anywhere or nowhere...it's all the same. That alone is very helpful information.

Thanks guys for doing it. I'd like to see more of this. I just replied to a guy wanting to reuse jiffy pots...I told him not to use them, there was a study...just like this...where seeds were grown in FFOF, MG potting soil, Jiffy pots, and something else...maybe rockwool... Anyway, the soils did the best...by far.

Anyway...thanks for the test!
