Yea toker, I am lucky to live in a very rural area with almost no neighbors for a few miles in any givin direction. As for the question about the 1lb plants the holes will be about 24in deep and about 24in around. We in the mid-west have been gifted with great soil from the start so this helps out alot. I also plant alot in cornfields I own and those get the extra advantage of rotation cropping. The soybeans from the previous year instill nitrogen into the soil which also works wonders.

Transplanted 28 cozmo seedlings into party cups today. Still have about 65-70 to go :yoinks: I am thinking I need to start getting some of these babys in the ground this week so I dont get overloaded :chin: I find that it is always a good idea to have plenty of backup plants in case of some unseen disaster. Tried to FIM two of the oldest cozmos but I am always hit or miss on that :pointlaug The oldest plants stretched alot since they had almost no light for the first week of their lives but they are doing fine now. Really tight nodes and fast branching. The tri-whatever fruity pebbles is looking good as well. Beginning the transition from seedling to veg. growth and should really take off in the next few weeks. :woohoo:

Thanks senslessrebel. I too love our woderful plant!! I am hoping that the trait continues through the season. If it does I will be keeping her as a clone to do some breeding with over the winter. I am aware of people trying to stabilize the trait and figured I might give it a whirl even though it is damn near impossible.

Well I have been super busy this morning :chin: Transplanted the rest of the seedlings into party cups which was a bitch! :bat: I think its safe to say I need to stop planting but I was given some more seeds last night. Got some Master Kush, AK47xKC33. I also got my stoner ass around and got 10 in the ground-5 cozmos, 5 F.P. :woohoo: Was also looking at the UC and decided to put her in a bigger pot as well. Damn I just remembered that I still need to take some OG kush clones. God this is gonna be one hectic year! :yoinks:

Thats a lot of work transplanting that many seedlings. Everything looks nice and healthy there. Do you plan on liquid ferting all the seedlings that make it, or are you prepping holes for them all?

I will be preparing holes for about 60% of them. The rest wil have to get by on their own which shouldnt be a problem since they will be in cornfields. There is alot of work that goes into a grow like this but thats the price I am willing to pay for this awsome plant. I was out walking this evening and put three more in the ground. Here are a couple of pics. Threw in a couple of the dogs.

Plants look healthy clay. How close are your plants to eachother? I read a book on dry irrigation and it says green mass is reduced by 30% if they are planted to closely. :O

I plant most of my plants alone but when they are put together they are no closer than a couple feet. I like to leave them spaced out so light can get to the lower budsites. A couple of years back I had two patches of Cozmos from seed with five plants in each one. In one patch all were female and competed hard for light and nutes and yeild from that patch suffered. Still a couple lbs of bud but the other patch had only one female that yeilded right at a lb alone with a arm sized cola and rock hard buds all the way down the plant. The bottom line is that the more light, the denser the buds.

Imo light is important but also how hot/dry it is. Thats why up in toronto even though some of us have nice spots with lots of light its nowhere as hot and dry down south U.S. We had above normal temps last year with no rasin and i couldnt believe the growth. :O
