I found, in my case, if you select and limit numbers then c99 goes downhill. The last time I did it, I got big ass flowers but meh potency,with a few good ones here and there but not consistent so I won't do it again and if I make more seeds I"ll do a large amount of seeds and let them have an orgy for preservation. These are currently growing (f3) (about a month or so now flowering) and are from a mass pollination I did a long time ago. I also found if you miss the window the potency goes down too so I nuke some and when I like it I chop and don't worry about ripening or trichrome color and they are better indoor for my area. I think next time I grow it I'll keep a mother or two because if you find the right ones they are stellar. I'll update in a cple weeks if anyone is interested.

I don't know if you could tell from my pix, but I did some crosses with C99 and some production mothers. 2 Sly 1-offs and medo hash-plant. I thought it was heavy duty fruity I got from Alabaster/phlegma, but labels rarely lie.

He went "legit" I was told because seed sales in Canada were made illegal in 2018,without a licence under the seed act due to legalization.

Got pics of any of those? The peaks had the same potency.

I popped two Peak C99 reg (from at least a few years before he closed shop) and both were fem. The aroma was strong pineapple and very yummy but for sure potency was not there.
