Thanks rocket soul! That would be sweet to get those badges. I haven’t grown cheese in quite some time now.

Thanks for commenting on my pic! Flowered under AC infinity 6 bar LED. But the first 2 and a half weeks the plants were flowered under a lower wattage led veg light because my other plants in the flowering tent took longer than expected. That’s why the buds are so small cause I started flowering in my veg room. But I was able to cut 2 and a half weeks off my selection process.

Correction* it’s an 8 bar LED lamp. I had to go back and look. I’m new to LED. That was my second harvest using led instead of hps.

Speak to the mods re badges, there are several here on this thread ;)

Selection/pheno hunt? Hope you found some gold. Of youre doing this ongoing id really rec adding some near uv, even the infinty evos have a fair bit of spectrum missing, why take the chance that youre missing out on that one golden ticket ;)

Also if new to leds id encourage you to try changing up the environment a bit to compensate for missing heat in leds. Those very red purple leaves and small buds are a tell tale sign that you may be using your hps environment guidelines still, it wont work well with leds - its part of the reason why so many HPS bros was negative in the start, they just couldnt believe that they would have to add heat/slow extraction to get what they were after... Cold led grow wont yield cause the plant wont drink properly.

Thanks for the tip. This is why I’m here to absorb like a sponge. Always trying to improve.

Look into vapour pressure deficit, you can use vpdchart dot com it is very handy with possibility to adjust for leaf temps. Generally +79F is good temps even low mid eighties, though you can lower a fair bit in the final weeks to get the terps and crystals better. But use it more directions than a set goal; move your climate towards the correct direction if you see saggy leaves but in the end your own eyes is always best to trust, especially since you got years of experience;)

This was extremely helpful. My temps are usually pretty on point but had really no knowledge about vpd till now. It’s nice that my fan controller displays vpd. I’ve been waiting for my ac infinity humidifier to come in to my local hydro store. They’ve been out of stock. With more research I hope to gain a better understanding of vpd and the relationship between temperature and humidity.

With the infinity controller you dont need any charts, just check correlation between leaf-boner, watering frequency and vpd. And raise temps a little depending on your light intensity; more intensity more temps or the plant cannot keep up metabolic rate to adjust to light levels. It will also remove some purpling stems and petioles. Google high irradiation response for more info. And happy growing, its a pleasure to speak to an old grower who is happy to learn new instead of just digging in heels, decided to not change and adapt to new circumstances :)
