Your timing is incorrect, Read the chapter. The armies gather for Armeggedon after the 1000 years. (the armies is what Armeggedon is (Gog & Magog). Been reading it since age 4.

Sixth Bowl: Euphrates Dried Up
12 Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great river Euphrates, and its water was dried up, so that the way of the kings from the east might be prepared. 13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. 14 For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings [g]of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.”

16 And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, [h]Armageddon.

You just have to believe to be able to witness the power of God.

I'll see what i can dig up. Its real though brother! Many people have a personal relationship with God and follow Jesus's teachings. Its good to ask questions. Hopefully you can gain some understanding about christianity. Just have to read and study the bible to understand it.

We talked about rewards today at church. The bible trys to put it into words, but from what I understand about heaven is you become part of the mind of God, being able to understand and perceive all things as an omnipresent being. You also get to share in unity with others who have followed God though Jesus. Its the ultimate satisfaction, better than anything you can experience on earth as a living human. Its your spirit and soul in unity with its Creator. You are One with God and Jesus and all other Christians. Happiness and everlasting eternal life are the rewards in heaven. On earth, you experience the joy of the Holy spirit and God gives us everything we need pertaining to life and godliness.
Do they have weed in this heaven? Cocaine? Angel coke would probably be great. :biggrin:

It will be even better than that. Heaven will be an eternal experience of complete fulfillment.

Pipeline; I appreciate your affinity with nature as being tied inextricably to creation, be it a lump of mass, a single cell or an intelligent being like God. What I do not understand is your promotion of Trump who is pitted against nature, exhibited by chopping protective regulations, etc.

There are some discrepancies between Ezekiel and Revelations, however if it is read in order, preferably beginning with at least Rev ch 19 it is quite clear the order as perceived by John.

There is debate about whether the battles of Gog and Magog and Armageddon are the same. After studying many books of theological biblical analysis it is apparent to me they are one and the same.

Here it is in chronological order;

Revelation 20 King James Version (KJV)

20 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Actually that is a separate battle that happens after the 1,000 years.

Starting in Revelation 19:

17 Then I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in the midst of heaven, “Come and gather together for the supper of the great God, 18 that you may eat the flesh of kings, the flesh of captains, the flesh of mighty men, the flesh of horses and of those who sit on them, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, both small and great.”
19 And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army. 20 Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. 21 And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse. And all the birds were filled with their flesh.
20 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. 2 He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; 3 and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.

This shows Satan is locked up before the first resurrection and after the armies of the world gather against Jesus when he touches down on the Mount of Olives. He is released again after the 1,000 years to get his last chance to deceive those who finally had their chance to know god. god does this so that those who lived and learned during the 1,000 year reign still get a chance to make a choice between righteousness and unrighteousness.

god doesn't force anyone to worship him but gives everyone a choice (eventually) - just like a father wouldn't want to force his kids or wife to love him but rather give that person a choice whether they love him or not.

As mentioned in my previous post Armageddon and Gog and Magog are in my best estimation, one and the same. The previous possible battle involved to lock up Satan, the beast and the false prophet for 1000 years is more like a minor skirmish compared to the final battle/war where the nations from every quarter of the earth gather to attack 'the beloved city'. Their numbers are as numerous as 'the sand of the sea' This sounds to me like Armageddon to me and the use of Magog and Gog relates it to Ezekiel.

Herein lies the debate because some say that the Gog and Magog battle in Ezekiel limits which nations are involved, however this seems disputed by the author's statements;

38; 22 And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon his bands, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain, and great hailstones, fire, and brimstone.

39-4 Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee

Not that I believe it will come to fruition unless carried by fanatic Christians but that's my take.

Luke 23:46 NKJV
And when Jesus had cried out with a loud voice, He said, "Father, ‘into Your hands I commit My spirit.’ " Having said this, He breathed His last.

Psalm 31 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Lord a Fortress in Adversity

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David.

31 In You, O Lord, I [a]put my trust;
Let me never be ashamed;
Deliver me in Your righteousness.
2 Bow down Your ear to me,
Deliver me speedily;
Be my rock of [b]refuge,
A [c]fortress of defense to save me.

3 For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me.
4 Pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me,
For You are my strength.
5 Into Your hand I commit my spirit;
You have redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

Microbeman--Trump has his soul pointed toward God. He calls on God often in his speeches. You can see it by how he talks and loves people. He's not perfect, nobody is, but he's a man who knows and trusts the Lord God.

Wait so the word of God says Jesus breathed his last.

So what happens if Jesus comes back but is obviously breathing...?

That pic of Pelosi scared me. Pray for me. I might have PTSD now.

Yeah, religion scares me. Muslims are worse by far but they all get nutty now and again. Hard not to when God is telling you what to do or they think that. Anything goes if God wills it.

Funny how the atheists think Trump is the devil or Hitler. Supposed to be rational and calm avoiding wild beliefs.

Pipeline; All presidents historically have been obliged to invoke the name of God. The most serious offenders of this are false prophets and church leaders, described many times throughout the bible even by Jesus who condemned them.

Matthew 7
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.
16 You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles?
17 Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

***************
Revelation 11
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.

************************
Luke 16

13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

[money]

14 And the Pharisees also, who were covetous, heard all these things: and they derided him.

15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.

Acts 4: 10-12 NKJV

10 let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole. 11 This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ 12 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Can i post about my lord Satan in here? Didn't think so. So keeping posts about God out of the general threads would be reasonable as well.

No offense intended.
