I'm thinking mold would be a lot less? I know you know what you are doing though friend..You have great taste in genetics too. Know wheres that respect icon?

enjoy your holiday :) not too much sun , if you do get to much , make sure you have beer with it :) keeps you hydrated

Thanks Buddy... Im going to pound the rum and beer lol...

sides are halfway up atm , if there whole way up the plants stick out way too much . if i hide the crowns then its hard to tell what they are .

don't worry my screening will be all grown up by next year and the sides will be all the way up . tripling my ventilation next year also . its going to be a wind tunnel .fine gravel floor and another water tank .

the mold has been fairly minimal . its just seems like a lot cause its my focus . i have got rid of any of the strains that weren't coping . so that will also slow any future problems down . smooth sailing from here i think .

I've been so busy lately I haven't really gotten on to IC much the past few weeks. Feel like I'm missing part of me lol, looks amazing in here as usual brother.

i,d say this still has couple weeks to go in this pic . maybe less . depends .the centres were taken slightly early they weren't getting air flow . so was more taken for ventilation purposes . ( so yeah the centres looked much like the buds in the pic when i grabbed them )

now the days are really cutting short some strains build really quick so may even be ready in a week . who knows . i,m going to push everything as far as i can , depends on many factors as you know . the weather is kicking our ass here atm . constant showers and rain for nearly 2 weeks straight . when we do get a sunny day its seems to be 1 day then back to showers . pissed down all day yesterday .

here,s a crazy cheese pheno from cheese and chong . shit does stink like old cheese

Fooooock! Best thread on da innernet!!!!!! :tiphat:

I've only used small fabric growbags. The smarties and rootpouches. I'm pretty sure they are all made from recycled plastic. So any differences would have to be in thickness and stitching quality. You want them thick enough so they don't rip open from the weight when you get up in the hundreds of gallons I'm guessing. I don't see any difference when growing between thick smarties and thick rootpouches. I would go with price. IMO, just guessing from what I see growing small.

see stoned40yrs brotha, its comments like that that motivate me to share , even though i don't believe it for a second ,

ok here,s 1 of my fave plants that i seeded , rez sssdh . she's awesome . she was a lot quicker to bud than the other,s . so a earlier sssdh won't hurt anyone .

lemon zinger

black lime #2 we haven't seen her yet . i didn't seed her . she,s free balling . seeded all the others bottom branches .

oh your going to love the jungle spice , i,m hoarding my f2 of them , only because i didn't make many (they looked average in early bud so i didn't think much of them). it just finished drying yesterday. wow what a smell it has . the buds a top shelf too . nice thick cola.s . they fill out quickly too . which is always great . frosty things . i can't rep them enough . i,m tempted to pheno hunt the f2 and f3 them . i need a smoke test first . oh best of all no mold .(pic page 20 )

who wants to smoke test them ???? just jokes .

If just going for smaller plants use the smaller pots. 150-200 Gallon. Think at those sizes you get into the 24" depth. Think I have only had a tiny root pouch, like smart pots more.

check out grass roots fabric pots. IDK if they ship to you, but their prices are better than SPs.

i,m up for a couple grand freight with smart pots or grassroots . which is fine . the root pouches a lot less freight . but i don't care as long as i get the best .

i was going with 200 or 300 gallon . i like plants around 2/3 units each . i,ll plant late . not as late as these . but i won't start at kick off time .

any idea wether to use pallets ? or is there a better system . maybe a board i slide them on into place . i want to keep the gh floor super clean next run . so want to be able to get them in place then remove them to put fresh dirt in them when the seasons over . i could fill them in place . but removing them will make a big mess . time to step up a notch be super clean with everything .

Pallets might improve your botrytis a little bit

Nice beanz, beanz

i must admit it would be a lot easier move them in an out . think i will be limited too 200 gallon if i go that rd . i wasn't sure if they would dry out quicker being off the ground with airflow underneath .

come on boys , how do you do it . whats best way . is it pallets ? or straight on the gravel filled in place . worry about mess getting them out later ? maybe some sort of flat board i can slide them round on with a small digger .

I've done both ways personally and will always do pallets from now on it also just helps with drainage into the ground too, humidity should be decreased.

Unless you want to spend 100k on a gh that moves with the sun...

B

BAKED_BEANZ

so biggest i can go with pallets is 200 gallon ? that right or 300 ? pallets does seem a lot easier . good drainage is always a good thing too . i just didnt want them drying out to fast .

though i will irrigate , it will just be turn on the pump .

oh side note , i,m making mountain temple f3 . found a frosty male hanging out posing as a girl . theres atleast 30 females to choose from , now looking at all my older girl pheno,s i know which pheno,s i,m looking for too . should make some nice f3.

these were my soil test plants remember . up this end is bay lotus , down far end is mountain temple . theres seedlings everywhere again . theres blue dogs and monndawgs put in the beds in the empty spots and cujo cookies on the floor . :) it don't stop .
i have already selected the best 2 bay lotus to make f3 so i,m on the hunt for my mountain temple girls now .
PIC EDITED SORRY

i,m not sure wether you guys are asking yourself why i make all these dam seeds , 2 years ago i ran out of seeds and i had to go beg and borrow seeds i had given to other people . that day i told my self , that i will never run out again ever . i think i,m living up to the pact i made with myself :) that day

hmmm you know I'm not sure, do we have the same pallets? I think 100g would fit on top of one. But I imagine you can just lay down a bunch and work it out somehow

Also 100g dont dry out very fast compared to 50s or 25s
