It had to be that way so those 3 could make their money. Just like the ole trolly car system that we used to have in America where as San Francisco is the only one left. You see years ago Shell Oil General Motors and one BF Goodrich Tire all went in a and bought them all up. After the sales were completed they were soon dismantled and closed. Years later a big fuss was raised and a trial began. The president of GM at the time was the ring leader of the whole thing and was found guilty of his crime and fined get this $1.00. Yes you read that right 1 freakin dollar.
Bottom line is what we see today has and will go on forever and a day. the internet has only been able to make their crimes more accessible to us. The government simply wanted the shops to set up the lanes and then they come in take over and they make the money just like a gang would and if you for a second don't think our Military is the worlds biggest gang had better read some shit today.

A perfect example of this hypoc racy can. E seen today with online poker. Some normal guy figures out online poker and becomes successful. Feds aren't getting their big so they tell their banker buddies to stop processing their money. The little guy uses his smarts and figures a way around it and move off shore. Someone rats him out and they all end up in fed prison. Then ones the competition is gone the fed introduces a bill to allow their friends to do online poker

How is that not what happened. Why did they ban online gambling then then relegalize it as soon as they dismantled the big players? It's kind like the EPA just giving waivers to certain polluting power plants while shutting their competitors down. How the EpA just arbitrairily changes the radionucliatide levels after Fukushima but they say it has nothing to do with Fukushima. How about McDonald's getting exempted from obamacare but the competitors aren't. Are you really that programmed that you don't believee that a few folks who make the Money and have been in power for hundreds of years wouldn't conspire to keep that position? I don't understand why people have such a hard time seeing the bigger picture.

Just like any well organized gang would do is to simply wait for the lanes to be set up the people to get hooked THEN you swoop in and take over.
I mean hell guys this is simply big business being big business. How many times have you gone to Wal-Mart to get let's say a bag of sunflower seeds or something like that. Your favoroite brand is lets say Mr. Wags Sunflower Goodness, You love these damn things and you have bought them for years and one day you go into Wally World and in the same place where you usually get your bag of Mr.Wags Sunflower Goodness has now been replaced my Wally's very own Family Values Brand.
Now guess what. They are the same damn seeds folks. What Wally does is when their computer system let's them know what brand is selling well in it's stores they will go to the supplier and say we are buying this factory or else we won't sell you sunflower seeds anymore and offer me a shit pot pile of money to sell it.
BUT
Me being Me I had a great benefit package set up for all of my employees to make sure they got rewarded for working hard. Wally on the other hand (once the purchase is complete) will lay everyone off and re hire (usually Temps) under a new benefit structure to save more for the bottom line and if I had a Union in place well that's gotta go to Wally don't like unions.
Now that the labor part is handled now we need to move on the the actual ingredients. Mr.Wags used all natural ingredients that costs and additional 12 cents a bag but made the flavor what it was. Wally say's fug the flavor 12 cents is 12 cents and as long as the sheep get seeds who cares because since we bought the maker where the hell else are they gonna go.
Now understand folks I'm simply stating facts and not trying to rag on Wally Mart but simply trying to explain the current business models that are being used to control the sheep.
So it's legal but if you sell it we will arrest you but Jesus is Illegal and he gets a check ever month and spends it in Mexico little Julie down the street makes more pumping out babys than actually working a job and even they are raised by her parents and lets not forget poor ole Steve the temp worker at the factory. He got hurt on one of the machines and the Doc asked him "well Steve it's gonna cost $50,000 to reattach all of your fingers but since you have no insurance your only gonna be able to get $8,000 of that so out of the 4 fingers you lost which 2 would you like me to put back on?"

as far as the gun thing goes, i would trade that..
Its very important to know your place in the world as a pot grower, its not glamorous except to yourself unless you see the beauty in the plant. Also don't get complacent move grow houses once a year at least, do everything properly, no thrown together bs grows, proper ventilation and air filtration is a must. Nobody should ever know you grow except you and "God" or your spouse. Never ever engage in a random conversations with friends and try to show off your pot growing knowledge... and or any other kind of grower specific information you may know. There is a very thin line between wrecklessly spouting off to people vs having a good conversation with friends or whoever. this goes for medical growers also. But the most important thing to remember is that this is suppose to be NON-PROFIT, so if you do profit, do not ever ever ever fucking ever deposit one cent of this money to a bank account. do not ever claim it on your federal taxes, ect. be smart, its always going to be the devils weed here in america, even in the greatest place on earth California. Because California does controll the feds. i do think its basically entrapment that they collected taxes for more than 10yrs from of some of these collectives and now they want to move in and say they were breaking the law... isnt it also against the law to accept "drug money" now im not saying its drug money. its legitimately made money, acquired by smart hard working people. But if that is what they are claiming then at the same time if these collectives were smart they would all file a mass counter suit agains the federal government for entrapment and sue for the money they paid in taxes. now you may go to prison for 5yrs, but you will have you now legit tax money when you get out.... if i was a big player i would be down for 5yrs if i had millions free and clear waiting... believe me, even if these big players lose, they still win in the end... and lets not even speculate how much of this money is buried in coffee cans or whatever by a certain tree in the woods...
so basically what im saying is that if this federal enforcement pertains to you i hope you did it big enough to make it worth while. if not, maybe you should think about that now... im betting the next 5yrs are going to be a bitch for some big dispensary owners
