The bigger question was why it was prohibited. It had to do with money im sure. Was it a threat to cotton? Who or what was it a threat too?
Re> Says who?
Christ dude did you sleep completely through your civics class? Go ahead and argue with U.S. Atty. Gen. Eric Holder, I'm sure you'll win that argument.
"The current laws against the cultivation of Hemp can be attributed to 3 men, Henry J. Anslinger, Lammont DuPont, and William Randolph Hearst, who effectively made growing hemp illegal. DuPont (PETROchemical plastic, nylon) & Rockefeller (oil) ruined our plastics technology a long time ago. Hearst (Good Housekeeping) ruined our century-old recycled paper technology - so paper is also very toxic with petrochemicals."

A perfect example of this hypoc racy can. E seen today with online poker. Some normal guy figures out online poker and becomes successful. Feds aren't getting their big so they tell their banker buddies to stop processing their money. The little guy uses his smarts and figures a way around it and move off shore. Someone rats him out and they all end up in fed prison. Then ones the competition is gone the fed introduces a bill to allow their friends to do online poker
Do you people see how this works yet I mean come the fuck on. We are being ran by murdering drug dealing gangsters
Nice bit of over the top sensationalism there. No what we are being ran by is the top 5% of the nation who own 90% of the wealth. You see, they want that other 10% being the greedy rat bastards that they are.
