Calif. pot dispensaries told by feds to shut down

on Monday had a friend die of a heart attack while at my place, So i had to meet with his family near Sacramento.
So during the down time I went looking for the best smoke i could find to kill my head.
of the 70 plus Dispensaries in Sacramento and surrounding cities. I only found a hand full that are still open and many of those are closing at the end of the month or within the 45 days. Of these clubs there is a huge money grab, every kind of swag and crap for sale way over their value. But there were a few Disp who self produce and they were letting Everything they produced at $100 an O.
One of the Disp that ACT as though they're staying open had i shit you not over 150 jars of different strains. They also had a lobby full of vendors as not many others are buying now. Most of the desperate vendors can see the writing on the wall and say, "What are you paying - instead of I want XXX. But from what I saw and Heard OD pound price was around $1,000 and lower. I saw 1 girl take $400 a pound for 3#s of sweettooth, that looked to be B grade.
my guess there are less then 8 Disp that will be around and operating come December. The other thing is the Dispensaries that were buying like crazy were complaining that Patient traffic was down more than half, and they felt it should be rising with less Dispensaries open. I think its with so much turmoil patients are shopping around looking for the best cheapest deal.
Cali sites like Weedtracker and sticky guild are almost non operable with every one cutting their links and closing their presence on those sites.
Really weird - demand will be centralized while those that stay open keep bring down quality as they only buy at the markets bottom price. the whole system is now broken.

Hate to be a Debbie downer but even if Cali passes full legalization im sure the bill will fall for liscencing from the state. I'd so they will just say sorry we can't implement this law because if we so the Feds iw array the state officials for drug trafficking. The only hope is schedule 2 but that will never happen either as they will just put the pharma canna products there and leave the plant sched 1 so they can continue building the slave army.
my understanding is a voter proposition becomes part of the state constitution
state legislators/officials have no say at that point, it becomes part of the law of the state
now it certainly won't stop federal action, if they're so inclined

I agree with a previous poster EVEN if MMJ is made legal in California in the near future (and even that is in question now), I also think the Fed's will override any decision that Cali makes, and to enforce it they have many VERY effective tools; 1) With holding federal funds come to mind as one of the MOST effective 2) Continued raids on any large scale to mid scale operations to a) distribute b) grow c) or distribute "legal" MMJ.
People who needs med's must now have to go back 15 years and find street level dealers, it's going to be that simple, vending to dispensaries is a broken model and the Fed's are cracking down tougher every day. This is why I have worked very hard to identify contacts OUTSIDE of MMJ states as 1) pricing is MUCH better 2) their seems to be a very large demand that is not effected by variables such as Fed vs State right issues where it looks like the Fed's win in this argument every time.
What can we do; Look stoners, get off your collective asses and WRITE YOUR REPRESENTATIVES, TELL them your feelings about what is going on and how much you do not like it and if they do NOT get us back on course for legal alternatives to herbal medication YOU WILL VOTE THEIR FUCKING ASS"S OUT OF OFFICE!. Ya they're one of the ones staying open and seem to be buying from the bottom up - Almost half of their samples had smell of mold , crappy trim job, and completely unflushed. I hate to say it - dont mean to offend you if it is so - but their entire stock is a collection of the worst buds i Have ever seen in my entire life. their blueberry haze and the blue candi looked oK but was the harshest crap I've smoked this year. That is exactly what I am saying. Three things are causing the fed problems with regard to California dispensaries,
1. The clubs that are making huge ass profits when the whole business model, as quantified by California state law, is supposed to be non profit.
2. Assholes that think they are cute by growing here then shipping the stuff out of state.
3. All the fucking rippers causing problems.
