yea man heard you dropped by! had to bounce from the cup for a few hours saturday and missed quite a few folks. and yeah san bernardino definately aint the nicest part of socal lol. i guess its different when a county has had a overall ban in place for years, versus a county like Butte that had some of the best plant counts and liberal attitude towards grows then a total reversal into a military like effort against grows.

Awfully negative prop- You're just on the wrong side of oroville. When I first moved here I looked at a couple of properties up your way and walked away thinking this is where everyone from oroville must live.

and chalice is in the worst area of so cal! I tried to swing by and say what up, seen prophet.

outdoor is certainly frowned upon, we've had an "outdoor ban" since longer than I've been a patient, and they've already arrested 6-7 people this year with a total of close to 3000 girls...I've never seen em go this hard this early down here though...but it's the largest county in the world, and I'm sure they aint gettin em all.
palmdale/Lancaster have something to say about that worst area in so cal ....people still car jacking and drive bying like its the 90s out there a lot of gunplay a lot of dudes fresh out of state active...I try to avoid going there. some dude with aids raped a little girl a month or so back. SB is rough though no doubt projects and such I made a wrong turn by NOS @ the 14 cannabis cup looked like a scene from the walking dead.

lol at least the antelope valley area is LA county, where they're not sweating growers...sb county has you sweating both sides... all the so cal desert areas became section 8 refuge zones after real estate peaked back in like 07-06...turned little suburban neighborhoods into the hood lol

haha i was driving around some areas of NOS center in SB and it seriously reminded me of Palermo in Butte…or tucson arizona. so depressing….

and our county governments want to ban the main economic stimulus of these rough counties.

The rich get richer by keeping the poor, well, poor!

That's what's going on right now with all the counties. Recreational is destroying the smaller folk. I just hope the big company lobbyists can hold true to the deals the made with the BOS.

Was thinking about how to work inside their box, if you had too... IMHO the real way is to dep up entire subdivisions. 150sq ft is a 5 x30. Bet a good grower could get at least 1/2 lb per foot. Basically sq ft planting...

So 15 elb off a 30 ft dep, 3 times a year, 45 ..per parcel. You have 1 dep per parcel. Man it be tight if you had a big old subdivision. Just cabin a barn and a dep per acre. Hella deps lol

is there a height limit on your 150 sq ft...because you could build that sucker 20 ft high and stack plants every ft in height, like a hydro tower... BOOYAH

no dont believe so, thats why that idiot moron psihaze was bragging about doing 99 in his little 150sq ft space.

has ANYONE who requested an administrative hearing gotten a date? or are they pretty much being ignored by the county?

The center canopy on lower levels wouldn't get much light. It has to be one solid box right? Why even think about this, that stupid ordinance needs to go!

Maybe 2 x 75 ft.put up 8ft high chicken wire and weave the snot out of those plants...maybe 600 sq.ft of canopy not as good as 99 trees, but it's something

The bed can't be more then 2×1
So for like 50 Sq ft it has to be 10×5. You couldn't make it 25×2.
That would be out of compliance.

Thought everyone might find this interesting – I’m in the Yuba County side of Forbestown, quite close to the Yuba/Butte county line. I live behind several locked gates and tall fences, really tucked away. About two weeks ago a neighbor (1/4 mile between our homes) and I had a blue/white copter hover over our properties. We compared notes and decided that it was a Yuba or Butte sheriff checking us out. We’re both small potatoes and hadn’t heard anything since the fly-over. Then, today I received a call from Western ECI, the tree-trimming contractor for PG&E lines, asking to access my property to check on a dead tree. Knowing that there weren’t any dead trees on my property, I gave the guy the third degree. I felt he was legit, but it nagged me after hanging up and after promising to allow him in tomorrow AM. So, I called ECI to verify and was told he was a legit employee with a legit inquiry. I told them that there aren’t any dead trees on my property and that there’s no need to access my property. Well, about ten minutes after hanging up, a regular line-walker ECI employee, whom I have done business with in the past, a nice guy, called me. He told me that the trees (a stand of Ponderosa hit by bark beetles) are on the neighbor’s property and that ECI only had my number to call for access. I told him that I wasn’t going to give out my neighbor’s phone number and he was cool with that. We then chatted for a bit and he told me that he was in the copter the day of the fly-over. I told him that this is the first time that copters have ever checked out the power lines that cross my property. He confirmed this and then then told me that Western ECI is really backed up and has a deadline of July 31 to finish their checks. They’re so backed up that PG&E leased the copter from the Sheriff to have their linemen inspect the lines. I told him that people are pretty bothered by all of the fly-overs for various reasons. He then said that he knows this and that he’s afraid that growers think his crew in the copter is the sheriff checking on grows when they’re actually just checking power lines. I know that we all need to be vigilant, but we also need to be sure of who's really doing the fly-overs.
