I hear they are slamming public land.

Do we have any precedent for what would happen if you blatantly ignore abatement? After they show up w inspection warrant and find nothing criminal just a bunch of plants out of the box what happens? Do they chop it?

Not sure about that, I was told two people got hearings by putting them on notice with a certified letter stating they will seek other remedies if a hearing isn't issued in x days. Tank you think this was just bs?

tess where did you hear about the hearings? i know a friend has requested one but they have not gotten back to him.

more busts in butte. whats scary about these is the very low plant countys. 132 and 368 are both number that usually dont see felony charges, but they just hit two growers with them. neither had guns, bho or dried weight and they still caught charges. hopefully they can lawyer up and fight them good. surprised that the last bust even happened because they were pretty small operation and tucked away pretty good, must have been a neighbor complaint of some kind.
