There are a lot of hermis in the Bushweed ossxmm and .. nh21 x mm. But… there is some very fine weed to find too. Imo
I only grew one Mm x thai78 and wish I had more. It did not hermi. If you make more seeds of oss x mm and mm x thai78 please let us know. Seedbay no longer has any if these offerings. 🙏✌️
You bet Sub. All flowering will be outside so it’ll be a while before I can say what was successful. We can stay in touch. Will drop in with updates as we go. Only popped half of each pack.😉

…it was bred in Australia in australian environment and I believe they will have their best expressions in Australia
I’ve been thinking about this funky. I’m kind of in a nice rhythm outdoors last couple years and would like to run a few lines (hybrids) on a regular basis going forward, selecting along the way.

I guess this is for any of us - how many generations does it take to begin seeing stuff adapt towards an environment? I’m blissfully ignorant here, hybrids different to pure I’m guessing? 🙄

more cannabis’s for the the fannabis’s.:smoke:

Ugly plants due to extreme heat and small feet (trying to force preflowers). Lots of bugs in my landscaping as well. Seems not to matter much after thy take off in the final OD plot.

OSSxMM

MMxThai78

Orig Lime Madness (MMThai78xBLR) - not Bushweed seeds, but a cross from the same guy who made Bushy’s. These must be F1’s, 4 plants, totally uniform. I think they fit in the thread given the MM and Thai.
:dance013:

a couple others, off topic, hope ya don’t mind.
(KA5xVB)xVB

(AfghanxMalawi)xKoh Chang Thai

And clones for all. Bet ya can’t spot the OLMs lol.

Any wisdom/experience on the below much appreciated. going to try a first this year - transplant later for smaller but more plants. Goal is to pheno hunt more/faster. tricky parts will transplanting during heat of summer, and getting the tops high enough amongst the surrounding native canopy. I’ve usually done 6 x 10-14ft plants at my plot. This year it will be ~18 plants, hoping ~ 6-8ft, lollipop.

only grown the OSSxMM, 1 plant. Was a hack job of a grow, but I saw enough to know. Good structure. Juicy fruit after chop, mint after a month. Super up & bright, waves of energy, clear.

Part of your decision might hinge on hermi rate and your ability to manage that aspect. Had late nanners in mine which produced some seed.

thank you F2F

Exactly, I might be able to manage it, but why go there in the first place?

thanks again, if any of you gentlemen did the Pink Kush*MM, please share your feedback.

Well, some challenges for a guerilla grower. I made a cocky statement a couple weeks back, something like “comfortable, getting into rhythm…” blah blah blah.

Went to prep the plot last night for my three different lines of Mullum crosses. it’s gone, buried. Power line maintenance.

Lost: remote & hidden garden, two trenches 3ft x 3ft x 12ft each, prepared over last three years - 12 bales promix, 16cu ft perlite, much EWC, mix with good native soil. Every strain I put in gave minimum 10ft plants. 😥

Gained: all surrounding vegetation now 2-3ft high. Just need to be careful as entry/exit is more exposed. Tremendous improvement in light exposure. (y)

Started 12 new holes last night. Downgrade for sure - smaller, not deep. If security remains ok I’ll start the work again to make things better every year. Let’s see. Improvise, adapt, overcome.

MM78 in both early/later stages of flower. Still trying to figure out how to grow decent plants (re: feed strength and LED intensity). It seems I’m really good at burning these. This is one of the 3 phenos I’ve managed to keep alive, and the first run I’ve done of her in flower. Older gal (vegged a few months from seed) was flipped the last week of May, and the younger (clones) flipped ~4 weeks later. Smells are not very potent, but do come out when the plant is handled. There is a general aroma of each MM78 plant I’ve grown out from my pack of 10. This one is the same as previous attempts. Stem rub reveals something between sour milk, dill weed and camphor/menthol . Fingers left sticky - plant is very pliable with solid stems. When younger and in flower, there is a faint cocoa bean aroma. As the plant progresses, smells became reminiscent of my beloved 3way Colombian (ace Panama) that I lost. A smell of electricity arcing, combined with overly ripened vanilla bean and lemon rind. Not sure how long they will go…

I also pollinated one small branch with old frozen Original Haze (Todd McCormick) pollen - just for fun.

Vaping some now, lemon lime mostly with maybe some earthy pine but mostly lemon lime and just tasty up clear.
Ok… I’m so glad I have I took cuttings.
Edit: there is camphor smell too.
Tasty

Terrible pics but really just for documentation. planted multiple plants in the same pot to make watering and moving more efficient, and to bind roots faster in hopes of sexing faster. It’s been so hot here the plants pretty much stalled out for ~4wks. Interesting to observe how some fight off pests and PM better than others. Pretty much EWC top dress on a coco/perlite mix, a little marine cuisine depending.

OSS x’s: spicy stem rub, little citrus which is lemony at this point. Some phenos with more prominent secondary branching. Some with shorter internode length. No preflowers have thrown hairs yet so I’m guessing sex based on internode length and preflower shape. Might be one male we will see.

OSSxMM 1-2 these look stretchy compared to the other three as they sat in a spot with less direct light. #1 is very vigorous, nice thick and strong frame.

OLM x’s: much less secondary growth to these vs the Thai and OSS crosses. Terps stronger though. Longer internodal length. Pretty uniform look across the 4. some of these have that baby poo smell. Had this with with some SSH phenos a long while back. Anyone guess where this comes from? 2 males outta the 4. One of the males threw a huge fat flower EARLY prob stressed. Is this an indicator of instability?

Thai78 x’s: very spicy, some citrus, and something astringent. Will try and study it more. Great structure on these. Less variation than what i see in the OSS x’s. One male.
