They're looking very nice for 39 days - they are gonna fill in and frost in the comming weeks. InNvBoarder's advice is right on - I forgot, do you have a TDS / EC meter?

hey BUdless, lookin great, man. I would also give them a good dose of bloom right now. u are in the prime resin-producing stage and wanna give them a good boost so they can frost up and fill out right. Keep it up man. Peace

Hey everybody! How's it going?

I appreciate your interest in my plant, but she is no longer. I took her on day 41 due to the intense smell she was causing in my apartment. It wasn't a problem up until that day because of maintenance crews coming around coupled with my lack of carbon scrubber. So I cut her early. It took me around 1 hour to cut her down entirely and boy was it fun. My apartment smelled of straight bud for 2 days. It was great! I was downright surprised by how much wet bud I harvested from that single plant! There was so much bud I couldn't fit it all on my only drying rack. So I steam dried about 10 grams or so of popcorn nugs that I couldn't fit on the drying surface. All-in-all I think I got 1.5 Oz. I can't tell you exactly as I have chopped from her on three occasions and I also smoked the steam dried bud without taking their weights. The only thing I can go by is my dried weight at the end.

It on its second day of drying and it looks pristine. I'm going to get my camera back soon so I'll have final cola shots up for you guys to see. There are trichs everywhere!

The steam dried bud gets me RIPPED like nothing else I've encountered. I live in a area that has a rather dull variety of bud choices and even more mundane smoke no matter what you pay. I had a good feeling that no matter how this bud turned out that it would rip me a new one. That feeling was never more correct. However I do think I did a pretty damn good job of raising her. My only regret is that i don't have final shots of her. Just know that she loved you all very much! I've been smoking... Read on!

I'm very disappointed to know I do not have anymore seeds of this plant anywhere around here, but I am glad to know my buddy has a clone of her. She's coming back sooner or later!

I just put down my first Barney's Farm Sweet Tooth seed! I'm waiting for another to germ! So keep watching this thread!

Ahhh another happy farmer, love to hear that. Glad it still turned out okay for you man, too bad about having to harvest early. Hope to see another grow soon man.

Congrats on the chop brotha! Hopefully you can let the next ones go a bit longer (41) days is pretty early, but that will be a good "get stuff done smoke" I mean you can take a couple puffs and not have wicked cough lock lol! Major props on your first chop, cant wait to see the next run.
P.S. im gonna flower out a unknow strain here in about a week or two, I bet it will be a cool flower Trainwreck/Whitewidow its gonna be cool!!

did you say your plants were responding better to the warmer spectrum cfl's? or do you think it was just because they didn't have a dark period?? also, how much wattage did you use during flowering and vegging?

Hey guys! I have my dried numbers in! 36 grams dried. It's not the 1.5 I was hoping for, however I did remove and steam dry about 10-15g of bud and took a clipping here and there during days 31 and 33 both by accident. I'm sure it was ~ 1.5 Oz. I'm not disappointed in the least though. I have two mason jars with enough smoke to last me for weeks.

So far this week I have smoked myself retarded for the last 5 days without it costing me a dime. The AK-48 literally the best smoke I have come across around here. I'm glad to know that I created that stinky smoke and now I have the knowledge to continue to do what I love.

I'm going to get my digi-cam today so look for pictures of the dried and cured AK-48 and of my new Sweet Tooth grow in the continuation of this thread.

*** NOTE - The white balls in the buds are pieces of perlite that got attached when I was transplanting her. I don't smoke them and neither should you! ***

This is Nirvana AK-48 taken on day 41 of flowering. She smokes like a dream and I was sad to see her go. BTW This is only about 22g of the entire cache.


















I've been learning to roll blunts. This is my 3rd successful blunt I have rolled on my own!

Thanks! I've become 10x better than that at rolling since that picture. I've had a lot of practice I found that 2:1 Mids : Ak-48 is the way to go. Lots of smoke and it will get you fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkeddddddd up! At least it does to me. I love it. I love that movie too. 28 Weeks Later was cool and I loved the ending.

I decided to ditch the two SWT seedlings because I didn't have the time to reveg and do everything else before things get hectic in my life again. So I threw them out, they were looking so proud too. I hated to do it, but in a fortunate turn of events I recieved 1 Indica Dominant Bubblicious plant, 1 clone of the same in this thread AK 48 I gave out a while back, Ak-47 Indica Dom., and some random female clone of an older plant. I was given the Bub to keep as a possible mother for my buddy. We don't know the sex of it yet because I moved it from hydro to soil. It needs to build rootmass before flowering. I plan to take clones of it and keep them in veg and throw the mother into flowering. Depending on the sex I may then have two mothers and a flowering plant female. The other three are from seeds I gave a friend. He ran into some personal troubles so I took on a load for a little while. I will post up pictures sooner or later.

Congrats on your first grow! You got me excited all over again. I, too, will be doing my first grow soon. In about a week or two, actually. I have some pretty good genetics, too. Well, at least I think they're good. I've got C99, A11, uhhh, oh yeah, White Widow, Mikush, Rompstar, and Romp19. I've had the WW forever, so I think I'll try and germ those first. I realise that it might be late in the season (I'm growing outdoors), but I'm REALLY sick of smoking the shit that goes around here. Besides, do I really know what I'm smoking? With my plants, I know exactly what goes into it, and it's going to be 100% organic baby! See you in the forums.

Twistedtree, your opinions seem to parallel mine. You have all the reasons I started to grow listed, you also have the drive I had when I started. Its a fun path to travel, but it can be very risky if you make it. All I can say is keep quiet about it. I have learned what can come out of even the most trusting situation. I can't wait to see your grow if you are able to post it up. If not, keep me posted. I envy you for growing out doors...

Here is the group of plants I was taking care of recently.



Here is AK-48 that was a clone taken from the original plant in this thread. She's about to go into flowering under a 400 watt HPS.



Here is Nirvana Bubblicious. She might look meager, but she was transplanted from hydro to soil. She also had two cuttings taken from here which can be seen below.





Here is Ak-47. This baby amazes me. I can only assume it's a single cola plant because it has only produced massive fan leaves in very close proximity and it has absolutely nothing to take from it as a clone. I can't wait to see if it's a she.



Since those pictures were taken the Ak-48, another plant, and one clone have been taken back to their original home. Right now I have the Bubblicious, AK-47 and the two Bubblicious clones. The two plants just went into flowering today. I'll keep you guys posted like last grow. Probably pictures every other day or so. Comeback to check on me fellows. I'll make it worth your while.
