Gorgeous. I'm using the fox farm line up in my current grow and was thinking of getting the supplements but after seeing what yours looks like with just the trio, I'll save the money and stick with them.

As for weight... I only ended up getting around 1.5 - 1.6 Oz out of it. I wasn't happy, but at the same time I wasn't really mad. There were a lot of things that were out of my control over the last few weeks of her growth. I don't know if that had an effect or not, but none-the-less that smoke is pretty damn amazing.
Though lately I've been battling some horrible sickness that's plaguing my lungs. I've been coughing up shit for the last week or so. It started one night I hit the bong a little to hard a few too many times...
Anyway I'll BBL today with pictures.

I have grown out Ak-48 from Nirvana twice now too. I think your dry weight is good! Well it is at least as good as I got anyway. Mine smells & tastes kinda like spoiled milk. Not real strong taste, but thats the closest thing I can associate with it.
I noticed your asking about what a 400 would do for ya. Well thats what I am using. I did not tie down, lst or anything. Just let it grow to about 36" tall, trimmed of the first 10-12". I use GH Floranova grow & bloom w/Floralicious plus. I did notice the Ak48 used/need much less nutes & water than my Afgani needs. I never let it finish in my rubbermaid tub, so I can't say what the difference would have been.
For me though, the cfl set up would not have produced enough.
After having it jared now since the 15th of July, it is very nice.
I think though, I want to try Sensi Star next. I did order the Nirvana NL too, but all were male

The situation has me kinda 'meh' right now.
I sit here with no bud around me and it has been only about a week since the chop. I have no bud left from this plant to smoke. The original 1.6 Oz estimate was way off. I weighed out the bud before it was completely dry. All in all I got around a 1 Oz off of the plant. That's my estimation at least. I never weighed up the fully dried bud... It was disappointing to say the least.
I did everything on my end of the equation right. This plant was bigger and better than the other. It had a bigger pot. More veg time. Proper care. A better flowering light... Everything was set for bigger and better than the last... and yet it wasn't. I got less than the last plant. It wasn't even as good as the last plant. Now don't get me wrong, it was killer smoke hands down, but it just didn't seem up to snuff with he mind-obliterating high the last plant produced.
So again I sit here in a 'meh' mood. This grow played out horribly. I don't want to place blame anywhere, but I'd have to say the reason for poor out come lies with the other end of the equation. A week or two into flowering I gave this plant to a friend to take care of. That friend had a 400 watt HPS and a want to learn how to grow. That works for me... However it didn't work too well for the plant.
I can't put my finger on exactly why it didn't go as well as it should have over there. I can think of several things that add up to why this plant produced so poorly, however not a single thing stands out among the others. On my end of the spectrum I have read hours upon hours of information about growing. I know exactly what I'm doing and why. I am meticulous at this hobby because I love it so much. I can't really explain why I pay such close attention when growing yet in other things I slack off like no deadline exists, but thats the way it is. I think the knowledge I possess and obsession I had for growing were two of the main factors that contributed so highly to my initial success in growing.
Regardless of all of that I am back in the game.
I was going to quit and just say good bye, but I think I can squeeze another one in.
This time I'm doing it alone. This time will be under the CFLs. No HPS. Nobody else. Just me and a plant that is bound to impress. Look for my next grow thread soon. I'm going to show you guys how this shit is done right! 2 Oz is the goal! And 2 Oz. Here I come!

Well homie im sorry that your quota wasnt met this run but it still looks like youve got some killer buds there! I just cant believe that your lack of end weight was due to HPS in any way. There must of been some other contributing factors in the end. Either way im looking forward to your next run and good luck!!!

I gave specific instructions, but there are a lot of small details that I may have not mentioned that ended up hurting the plant. ie. I visited the grow room to find flowering plants in dark period in one closet with the door open and in the room connected there plants in light period of veg... yeah that crazy light could have caused a huge mishap in the growth of the plant. Who knows how long that went on until I found it... Stuff like that adds up I suppose. Or rather it subtracts from your final weight.
