me, being an eternal dick to all authority told him yes, I know where its at right now, and easiest repo you'll ever get, the car is unattended, keys in it, but locked and for $200 I'll tell you where you can get it. He said it was more than he was getting for repo'ing the car, I shrugged, told him he was trespassing and to leave the property and don't come back. He left.

Your friend fucked up. Biggest lesson I took from my twenties, fuck friends....they will never help anything, just fuck things up. Okay, we all have a few good friends....but fuck people, don't do people favors. Sounds like the kid's a fuck up and you were being a good friend. Take care of you, that's it. Sounds like the plot from FARGO. Just kidding. But it does sound like you are not a very smart person. You give zips to a friend who does not smoke and that needs money. Where did you think he was going to go? Sounds like he just put the word out on the street, and he got sniffed out by an undercover.

Never front weed, not to friends, family, or acquaintances. Cash and carry. You always have to bother the person to get the money back, no matter what, and it's frankly annoying and uncomfortable to nag people about the money they owe you. If you front it, count it gone. It's just like the rule, "Don't lend money unless you can afford to lose it." If you front, don't expect to get it back.

And really, I don't know why anyone would allow ANYONE on house arrest to live with them. I'm sorry, friends, family, or whatever, NO THANK YOU! I've got a friend who doesn't smoke, but whose husband was a hound dog. He solicited some teen porn (supposedly legal), and the po-po was really on the other end and they made it illegal. Next thing you know here hubby (now ex-hubby) is a sex offender and the po-po have the right to come in her house. Come to find out that her personal laptop isn't allowed to be in the house and her fucking vibrator was a parole violation. Having someone under the control of the po-po in your house is NO GOOD, whether you have anything else there or not. No good.

Now I'm VERY glad you're ok and that you're sitting on your harvest, but man this thread was SCARY to everyone who read it. I understand that you know things that everyone reading doesn't, but don't you get SCARED? I don't mean scared so that you are paralyzed and can't live life, but scared so that you just don't take some risks?? Like hanging out with and giving pot to people who get duis. Those are the kind of people who get pulled for weaving, and have pot, and the next thing you know, blam! Please be careful! I'm glad you're ok right now, but some of that $$$ aside for a lawyer, just in case!

And one more thing, when you grow, you can't mouth off to people or cause beef. You have to GET ALONG even when you want to jump them. You can't afford to draw attention to yourself. That was NOT the way to go about things with the repo men. You should have politely said, "I wish I could help you, but I can't. That car isn't here anymore. If I see the person, I will pass along the message. Hopefully, they can make it right and you won't have to repo their car."

No, I'm rational, there is no proof whatsoever that I supplied the weed. If there was, I'd have been busted or at least served a search warrant within the first few days. If they are watching me, there is nothing to see. If they are searching for my name in their database of drug deals, or asking about me among their network of snitches they won't find my name anywhere. If they run a background check on me, there is nothing to find. If they manufacture evidence and bust in with a warrant I'm within the misdemeanor range as far as weight and no previous offences ever. And no, they don't weigh the DIRT and charge each seedling as a pound of weed.

The story closes in my buddy going into court yesterday and pleading guilty to one count of trafficking. The prosecutor was willing to press one misdemeanor possession charge if he testified to where he got it, and he refused. Plea is entered, sentencing is - I don't know when - but he expects probation as a sentence.

To all the naysayers offering advice up the thread (now proven to be bad advice) - thats why I don't follow people's advice. Other people are basicly dumb, thats my advice back. ROTFLMAO

Are you trying to make yourself look like a tool? Just because something didn't happen doesn't mean it is bad advice. You just got some dumb luck on your side. Keep it up though, I am 100% positive your attitude will come back and bite you in the ass.
