Who's familiar with orgkid's cut of bubba? I hear it's just like the pre98, but grows faster and yields a bit more.... Pretty sure the pre 98 came from orgnkid if I'm not mistaken, but this cut is slightly different from what I've been told. It's also not the katsu. Pre98 like most other kushes got boring for me after a while but I may take another crack at this one.

Fire - Your cut looks more like Sour Bubble. Bubba has the leathery leaves and more purpling in the leaves toward the end of flower. Looks like fire but I dont think its Bubba. I could be totally wrong of course. From my albums for comparison.....

nice pics guys, i agree fire's cut looks awesome but different to how my pre-98 looks, although environment can have a big influence. eg running a cut under cmh will make it look different from hps.
just a heads up about my pre-98 bubba S1s, i have at least one more batch of seeds, hopefully more, to send to the bay in the new year - so anyone who missed out the last couple of times should hold tight and look out for announcements.

Fire - Looking at the pics above I can see some shared traits to my cut. I can make out the distinctive leathery look in the pics and the orange hairs are dead on the same. On second thought, it could be the same and like VG said, the environment/method is causing the different looking results. Either way its frosty fire.

grown the Katsu, pre98 and Bombthreat, never really cared for the Bubba smoke till i toked the Bombthreat cut. for me its the shit when it comes to Bubba.

does the bombthreat bubba have a more cheesy smell alongside the bubba funk?
i kept an S1 that had the same cheese terpene as UK cheese - and its probably a bit more potent too
