Y I've found that my old hydro shop beats any deal on the net. I'll get 1 gal root pots for $1.89 -20% for being a medical patient... So about $1.50. I'm going to pay them a visit tomorrow. :smokey:

Hmm. Is this in your neighborhood? My neck'a the woods? I get 10%. Would love another 10%. :D

Have I mentioned I want blumats? lol...

Does your spot have Blumats? I can't find 'em ANYWHERE around here - just on the web.. :dunno:

That shop is in Grand Rapids... but just let me know what you need... I can add it on to my order. Blumats have to be ordered online. If you have a Cultivation Station near you, they offer 12% off to med patients, and are the most knowledgeable and helpful shop around. Nobody else compares.

Ah! That's like the other side of the universe to me. ;)

I'll keep that in mind - thanks! Can't think of anything I can't live without, ATM.. (Funny how that changes once I wander into the store, though)

My guys are awesome - and I've never really felt gouged, .. Fair prices. (Despite my "support local" mantra, there are certain things I've learned not to buy from a brick-and-mortar, .. Ballasts, hoods, tents, etc..)

1 gallon SRBGB test grow

These containers look nicely tailored. I like the reinforcing webbing around the top rim. You can see that on two opposite sides they have left a section of webbing loose from the material to create a nice pair of handles for lifting the bags. Still takes two hands though.

My problem with crammin square bags next to each other is they don`t breathe as well in the rootzone areas for explosive root growth I experienced with my SP`s leaving plenty of room around the containers for air circulation and lumen penetration......

Handle it BH.....Got full faith in your side by side comparisons with utmost honesty and results forthwith..

All about the knowledge and dialage ........Carry on.....

Peace....Freds......:ying:......

Ahh - I hadn't considered the air circulation for the root zone (though I don't understand the lumen penetration..?), .. That is an excellent point.

looking sick up in here bobblehead..thanks for the inspiration

wanted to throw a couple more questions your way regarding the drip system (i cant PM yet..sorry)

i noticed in another journal of yours you ran the 1/2" line all the way down to the bottom with just 1/4" line coming of that. do you find you get better pressure the way its set up now with 1/4" line coming down from the main 1/2" line?

also, the only pressure regulators in your system are the individual adjustable stakes? *thanks for the tip..just ordered 50 from drip depot :D :D :D*

and finally...do you use an inline filter in your system? i ordered one just cuz i figured it would save me the hassle of clogged drippers even though i dont plan on using and funky stuff in my res, usually bits of coco manage to find their way in.

THANKS MAN AND KEEP UP THE DANKNESS

9 weeks on Saturday... I just got home from a nice little 3 day vacation, that required me to board a plane! It was so nice to get away for a minute and have some time to just relax and have fun! Now I have several hours of work in front of me. Chop Chop!

and that wraps up my best grow so far. I figure it'll keep me supplied with meds for a week or two anyway... ha ha... I'm not reloading until I'm really ready this time. So far it's not looking good. The fog cloner failed. The cuts are still alive, but only one of them even have bumps and now some of the stems are turning brown... Before I left I took some cuts and stuck them in perlite, and they look great. Hopefully those ones will turn out. This clone issue I'm having is insane. I'm just gonna keep at it though... Somethings gotta give...

That USD looks a lot like my old Blue Dragon as she finishes, .. Lots of yellow, foxtailing..

Of the four that I have crankin' right now, the USD is the biggest and I expect her to dominate the tent, .. Or at least her 25%. ;)

I'm tellin' you, man, .. That aerocloner is the SHIT. There's a thread here somewhere where a dude builds the same thing I use, with a bigger Tote-style container, with 24 sites.. It's simple dude - just some 1/2" PVC plumbing in a big ol' square, essentially (maybe a row in between the two long ends), with sprayers all over 'em, .. Hooked to a pump.. FSHHHHHHHHHHHHHgoodtogo

No dome, no nothin'.

How do you think you did on the yield?

Is it looking like that 6lbs + baby shit amount you were talking about earlier?

The tubes running up and down didn't work well b/c the difference in pressure made it so that the bottoms got more pressure, so I had to adjust the drippers.. but then some tubes would fill faster than the rest and those plants would get more water cause there was water in the tubes for a longer period of time.. point being, it sucked. EVERY greenhouse I've been to house the water on the ceiling, with drip lines coming down...

Yes, the only pressure regulation is the drip stakes. Since I'm monocropping, I'm going to switch to fixed flow drippers. Adjustable drip stakes are great for running multiple strains... but I'm trying to have 100+ plants that look exactly the same.

I suggest using an inline filter... I've gone w/o and it works.. but yeah, sometimes a dripper will clog... and then you have a few plants die... and lose 1/4lb or so.. I had that happen this last round.

lol... I've already got misters and everything bro... I'm doing this.

Yeah bro, nobody needs to feel bad for me... lol...

Next up will be whichever strain roots... This has been months now that I can't clone. I've been growing for years, and have cloned since the beginning. This shit blows my mind. I'm vegging all my moms up bigger than ever.. I figure I just need to have more cuts to better my odds. :D It's coming... ECSD, StrawDD, Grape Skunk, Menage-A-trois, and USD are the largest moms I have right now...

Chances are they'll all get a room of there own eventually.... Just gotta get the cuts to root! I have the equipment and the locations...

How do you think you did on the yield?

Is it looking like that 6lbs + baby shit amount you were talking about earlier?

I'm not speculating on yield... till the buds are dry. I've learned my lesson from the past 2 harvests.

This one looks a lot better than my last 2 grows, 2lbs and like 2.25lbs... But I still have work to do... Pulling 6lbs off 1800w isn't really baby-shit, but if you tell it to yourself enough times... You'll believe it. I will do it... and then some.

Damn bro, just put it down to growing "writers block", I'm sure you'll get back on track very soon. Best thing I've got in the grow room is my aero, I just throw them in there forget about 'em for a week and they root themselves, it makes my life that lil bit easier I love it.

Nice cuts, how ya like that ECSD?
