not even close man, i promise.......trainwreck doesnt hold a candle to the tk..trainwreck is decent, but tk is capable of chaparoning trainwreck=)

I run both side by side and see nothing in common but the fact they are both awesome strains...matter of fact i'm letting the wreck go after the TW X STD seeds are done...just over her viney ways..If I had to pick just one strain to smoke for life it would be the TK...hands down...not even a question...I've kicked alot of elites out this stable cause of TK..she's not the best to judge by..most dont even come close...ok end rant..

cool on the digi's..i was thinking bout switchin to em but didn't wanna deal with reliability issues. i like the possibility of a 30 ft. cord from ballast to bulb with the lumatek 600's....better than the 15ft w/o a long range ignitor with the magneto's...

Hey everyone. Sorry for the lapse with this thread, I've had a lot going on over the last few days. I actually had to head out of town today for a couple of days. I've been running around like a chicken with his head cut off just making sure everything was satisfactory for me to leave. I did manage to find the time though to meet up with Lime last night. We smoked a couple and talked a bunch of shit. One thing I must say is that Lime is a first class guy in my book. Great nugs, great bubble, and a great guy to boot. I threw him a little Krome sample package of various nugs from the last run. We actually only ended up smoking one triangle (white) blunt and one triangle kush blunt. The TK may be the best tasting herb I've ever had. The flavor just lingers on your palate long after it's done. It's like you never want to stop puffing on the thing, it's just so damn good. I have definitely gotten this from some other guys around town, but it was never grown that great so it didn't have the same appeal to me. This shit was grown right and had the flavor just permeating from it. I love it. Lime also gave me a nice nug of the McFly which is sour queen x c99 (?). It's got such a nice pineapple, fruity smell. I just had to bring some of his nugs with me on my trip and I can't wait till later when I get a chance to puff down on a nice spliff. I think before too long, we may get to the bottom of the relation of the triangle(white) and the TK. I'm pretty sure they're related in some way, just need to figure out how.

Rosy Cheeks, you're too kind. I'm really stoked that you enjoy the thread so much. I just hope that I still have a good bit to contribute. Stick around and see what's in store for the next run.

BL, I only have 1 TW in flower right now and she's real small. With that being said, I have to agree with the others and say that I don't think that they are all that similar except that they're both really good strains. The TW is just so damn lanky and the smell is pure lemon menthol cleaner. The triangle (white) is more of a danky smell. Smells like kief even to me. At times the triangle (white) can be lanky, but I really don't see too many comparisons with it. Give me a couple of weeks and you can see for yourself.

Canna, you're right on the money. I don't think the two are similar much. Both really good strains, but that's it. I got to try the TK last night and am a believer. I can see why she's made her way into your garden and why you would never let her go. A real gem. I sent Lime a couple of things for you. Hope you enjoy. Can't wait for the convention. It's gearing up to be a good time.

thadocta, if the og is one of the tastiest in the garden, then the TK should find it's place right at home. No lie, this is probably the best tasting shit I've ever tried. And I've tried a lot. I do like my white, the raw potency and flavor (like a fresh piece of kief) are something that are hard to compete with. The TK is side by side in potency for sure, but the flavor to me is what makes it so special. To just have something linger on the palate like this does is special. I like the flavor of the TK more than anything else I've had the pleasure of smoking on. Grade A in my book. Can't wait to see what the side by side comparisons turn out like.

Lime, good people are where you find them, I just didn't realize that there was such a quality guy living in my back yard. Anytime, anywhere bro I'm down. I'll be back on Friday and will hit you up when I get home. Maybe another sess on Sat? If not, during the week for sure. Hope all is well. Don't stress too much. Everything takes it's course for a reason. Anything you need, don't hesitate. Woot, woot. LOL. That shit is funny as hell. TK swishers. Woot, woot!!!

This is the one two combo while chilling in Nassau. Can't get the long neck heine's at home. It just tastes so damn good. It's a must to bring your own herb as what you find here is just pitiful, especially when you grow your own. I remember a few years back when I came to visit, a friend wouldnt' even smoke a spliff with me because my herb was too "lime green." He thought that all of the trichs was something I laced the herb with. Funny how people think when they don't know any better.

krome, heineys are my fav to,,,,you know why,,,they taste like well cured hashplant,,,,,,they really do.......and when im at a bar(hated) its as close as i can get to sittin at home and doing swats.......i dont drink to get drunk, but love beer for taste, after 2 beers, my heart starts to change, and i become rather troublesome,,,,i tend to try and find someone to teach JUDO.

oh yeah guys, stoked...the TK is bomb, most defintely from the same seedline as the ogs1 i have....we'll have to grow the TK side by side with the OGS1 to see which one really has tops in the flavor dept...very soon my friends...but the TK has a much more frosted bag appeal than our s1. TK looks like SEA SALT trichomes!!!

Well, I made it back all tight and right. It's always great to see family and get your belly full from grandma's cooking. Nothing better. Got home to some nice nugs waiting for me. A nice TK spliff set me just right. Went to take care of the ladies and they're just fine. Didn't get any pics cause I was just so damn tired. Keep your eyes open though, updates are pending very soon. The purps is looking as good as ever. I've got some others that are looking mighty fine too, but I'll get into more comentary when I have pics to supplement. I will update the DC crosses today though. Going to get some pics very shortly.
