Best place I have been in Jamaica was Frenchman's Cove (San San bay) near Port Antonio (north-east coast).
Amazing beaches, wild nature, really good ganja, real rastafari vibes. But hey, that was back in 1994! I don't know how it is now.....

I've been to Kosrae(Micronesia), out in the Pacific. It's a tiny island north east of Australia.

I went there on a scuba diving trip. I had my dive master take me to one of his friends farms in the mtns. Pretty cool, had about two dozen plants in veg.

I live out here in Guam. Nice sandy beaches...warm waters...bud here is pretty good. long lasting highs. just gotta know where to look. plenty of island babes.

but be careful. locals (such as myself) hate it when statesiders (mostly military) try and hook up with island girls. we love to fight =)

San Andres Island off the coast of Nicaragua, a Colombian possesion, big population of black caribe rastas, english is widely spoken, weed is openly available and it's good,there's almost no criminality there, you can also try south eastern Belize, again black caribe rasta population I've seen grandmas smoke big cones there, premium weed for a few $$

Even though I traveled there with my wife this is the "vibe" I got in Hawaii.

I have been doing alot of surfing through jamacian sites and have found some really cool stuff. www.rastajohn.com and www.nothinbut.net are two really helpfull sites. you can tour ganja fields in negril and buy from the farmer accourding to the site. It also has links to many ressorts in negril that are pot friendly to say the least.

When we were in Maui and Waikiki, we were unable to find any smoke at all, I believe you have to know someone to score there. Good thing we came prepared.. Mr Nevermind is right, Negril Jamaica is the place to go. Been there 3 times and am going back. You gotta be careful tho or you'll end up with the tourist schwag. Tell 'em no, you gotta have the "high grade". Best bet is to hire a driver for the ride from the airport, they know where to find the good shit.

I second the Colombia vote ,been there several times and had some of the best times.The people ,women,and scenery is hard to beat .In Costa Rica all i heard from surfers ,was that the only good weed there was brought in by tourists .All the local weed was shwagg..

Happened to be in Acapulco Mexico for a few days, within 5 minutes 10 guys will offer you weed on the beach, with Mexican federal police turning their backs. The pony ride guys seem to all have weed for sale.

For $20 USD I got 20+ grams of some fresh compressed bud, nice red and gold color, smooth hitting, excellent up high, perfect for rolling a joint and enjoying the sunset... or some a joint and get a nice $20 full body massage on the beach from a lovely Mexican girl. Heaven...

It's nice to smoke something other than the mind crushing crystallized buds of today. I was flashing back to 20 years ago and loving it...

A German buddy of mine recommended to me Lamu Island, on Kenyan Coast, 100km South of Somalia border. Lotsa cool rastas and loads of grass from a whole bunch of different African countries.

People that get kidnapped in Columbia usally bring it on themselves. IE. taking the scenic route though the mountains, without telling anyone. Just use common sense and you'll be fine.
