nice fade at the end.. good work on the soil..

what kind of teas where you making?

Thx. The teas were mostly ewc, kelp meal, and fish meal. Some I used the soluble kelp, beneficial fungi powder, and humic/fulvic acid blend. The soils I just amended with npk sources of organic amendments, mineral source, and water.
Ag Lime is the most important amendment for the soil though to bring the pH up.

Some impressive looking buds you're bringing in homie! Looks like you'll have a nice variety of dank in your jars this winter:D

Thanks. Variety is key! Lots of flavor keeps it interesting all year long.

Nice plants!

I also had some serious problems with mold at this year... we got 2 weeks rain in October what killed the non mold resistant strains, maybe if I harvest before the rain came I could save them.

its a very bad feeling. lol

Yeah the bud rot sucks. It always goes after the fattest nuggets too! I rather have a Lil bud rot and mature buds than immature buds though.

I pulled the BC sweet tooth about 2 weeks ago and got it all dried and bagged now. It smells really sweet and minty but it was only at the end of week 6. Had to pull it though cus its cold, wet, and rainy almost every day now. It will make some good concentrates I believe.

My last outdoor plant, blue mystic, is just finishing up. It has about 10 days to go. I have been flowering it indoors under a 400 watt HPS. Including the pot its 8.5 feet tall since it vegged so long outdoors...lol fuck. A pain to be finishing this late! Once its done I can focus on my normal indoor grow. Take a look at her.

Blue mystic:

She's really rootbound in a 45 gal smart pot but she's coming along. Not much smell coming from her. Frosty though..

I haven't been on much but I'm still working.

I turned 3 lbs of mickey kush trim into shatter. The lab test should be in soon.

The blue mystic got pulled about 2 weeks ago. It'll be done drying tomorrow. The drying room is at 62% humidity. The herb has a citrus smell and no blue on it even though it was cold in the grow room. Here she is at harvest:

Lastly here is what I've been puffing on lately. Some of my Obama kush. This stuff gets u ripped! Lab tests came back at 25% THC. The smell is unlike most herb its super stinky :)

Great show this season! Looking forward to seeing what you get up to in the spring. That blue mystic is making me drool.

The blue mystic is mediocre since it vegged too long and stressed it out. Will probably turn it into oil. I know other folks growing it so well see if the genetics are any good. Mines real airy and not super potent. It was worth a shot.

I've been having fun with my shatter. Here I molded it into a wave barreling. The other photo is the lab test results.

What a chubby chick! And 25% for outdoor.. Uhhh, congrats Bigdank! :tiphat:

I'm not sure how reliable the lab tests are but I'll take it! The lab testing processes are suppose to be standardized in 2016 for more reliable results. I'm really looking forward to this!

What I know for sure is that this Obama kush gets me loaded more than most other herbs I come across, including indoor. She starts flowering august 1st and by the time she's done at the end of September she gone 9 weeks. She puffs like some heavy couchlock indica. I like that :)

Good news, the killer kush fast version has finally been trimmed, cured, and weighed. Remember this girl? She got pulled back on September 20th I believe.

She was growing in a 40gal smart pot in my custom coco based soil. Well, the yield results are in. Have a look at what the bud turned out like:

It has a really strong smell... Not so much og kush like it claims but very sweet and spicy. The smoke report coming soon....

So the dried, trimmed, cured weight minus the second harvest bottom buds ended up being..... 245 grams. Which is a half pound and 21 grams.

Not too bad. I think she will yield more in a larger pot or in the ground. She was only about 4 ft tall. I definitely recommend growing her. I can't tell she has auto flower in her by the look. Nice dense nuggets :)

That looks like a good girl to grow.
Nice early finish time.
Who has the seeds?

Sweet seeds. I was gonna try the 6 earliest fast version strains this year but now planning on pheno hunting the mickey kush x Obama kush seeds I made. I still plan on making killer kush clones to give away this year :)

See this chart for sweet seeds strains:

Went to their site liked the sweet cheese? I think it was, fast strain finishes late Aug-Early Sept. Couldn't get the shipping info page to translate. I think it was 26 Euro for 5+2 free. No idea on shipping to US or fee for that. You ever order from them?

In the last year all my orders came from the single seed center. I think Herbie's has them too. I ordered a bunch of single seeds last year and my killer kush fast version was one of them. I've been in the sweet seeds forum on icmag watching grows and there has been great feedback. Just make sure u get the fast versions for northern outdoor growing.

These are the six for northern outdoor growing:
Green poison fv
SAD FV
Cream manderine fv
Sweet skunk fv
Sweet cheese fv
Killer kush fv

All their fast versions are feminised. I ordered a SAD last year too and it hermied when sexed. No problems with the killer though. I think anyone who grew those up north can do very well.

Obama fan here. It tested @ 23 an was my head stash.

You grow it outdoor? I'm gonna be making a lot of f2s of my Obama kush x mickey kush in the near future :)

On 45° North why are you growing "fast versions"? You can grow a lots of normal strains, without ruderalis.

Are you grow on a mountaine with high humidity, early Fall?

Im in the valley and Mid September onward I experience heavy dew in the mornings and high humidity thoughout the day. Any buds of size easily get but rot in those kinds of conditions. Even when covered from the dew the naturally high humidity will mold the buds.

I just ran a killer kush fast version and it wasn't entirely done until September 20th. In my experience there are few photo period strains that finish in September at 45th that are desirable. You can get close though. I know lots of breeders claim early finishing times but that's usually unrealistic in my experience too.

Which strains do you like that finish in September at 45th? Maybe I'll try some out.

Outside. Sunny southern Oregon.
