hehe.. ok.. I don't claim to be anything other than a grower, I been growing a while.. OK.... Here is the smoke report..


The plants which took the NYdiesel smell also took the taste with a hint of berry-fruit. Most of the taste was much better in the ones which leaned to diesel than the plants that looked and smelled better and like a chocolate/fruity..

Keep in mind that I cured the herb for about a month and I only had 4 females from which I began the limited BB test..

I did IBL with F2's with 100s of seeds but I believe that I am unlikely to indulge very much into the F2s. The original seeds all appeared very similar, in every way, except minor differences in bud-structure and a slightly larger difference in smell/overall taste. If you looked at them in a field, they would not appear very different in almost every way.

Diesel and BlueBerry genetics are in this cross, no doubt.

I`m still not very close to finding that finest taste of BubbleBerry and Blueberry I remember from the Berkeley, CA club in the late 90s/early 2k. That shit was BlueBerry BubbleGum. Make your momma cry..

I`m growing BC BudDepot BlueBerry, not flowered her yet and of the 6 seeds I planted, 2 were male, 4 were female, all are identical in veg. All of the plants in veg also resemble a "True BlueBerry - DJ Short" clone which was going around in NorCal, musky/fruity smell in the stems/leaves, very dark red tops on leaf arms, beautiful marbling of reds and greens on the stems. The plants are a little tall but not excessively, each are about 24" tall with about 20 shoots.

I`ll be blooming them soon and if I grow a bowl of blueberries at 8ounces per gallon of medium, I`ll be happy. btw, I use an organic blend of guano, kelp, micros, in a circulatory flood-drain with 1 gallon pots of coco. My res is constantly circulated and "in-ground" to prevent temps changes. pH never shifts, filled with beni bacteria, has aquarium pump and citric acid feed cycle (KREBS). The ppm is around 300 with tap water @ 20, N-P-K runs about 8-30-20 during mid-to-late bloom and much of the ppm is MagSulfate. ..weird, eh?

My organic res does not smell like death, it smells like earth and soil.






Edit: BCBD Ultimate Purple (clone) is being traded by some NorCal locals. I never tried, sorry.

I've only heard whispers of that Blueberry Bubblegum but was never lucky enough to actually track it down. There have always been other great strains to smoke around here though so I can't really complain but I hope you find it and let us know where. I had a DJ mutant male once that smelled of blueberry muffins but that's as close as I've been.
