Looks like a real winner kamyo.Don't smoke her all at once. lol
I prefer my bud to smell fruity, not my bum.

This is another strain on my to do list.Another hidden secret me thinks.

I usually make hash out of only my reject experiments, as I prefer fine bud over hash. I usually prefer hash over indica bud. I don't mind the narcotic effects of indica if it has enough kick to it in a psychoactive way. Making it into hash helps in this way.

Since I have a heavily seeded SAGE from a Purple Haze x Thai male, I'm going to turn that into hashish. I'm going to use the Bangi Haze to augment the quantity of source material for the hash batch. Both the SAGE and Bangi Haze are high grade quality in my opinion, both worthy of keeping as bud. Since I'm going to degrade the bud of the SAGE to harvest the seed, it is a hash using quality bud opportunity. I am looking forward to the end product of the SAGE and Bangi Haze combination hash. I usually toss all my hashes into a common jar, but I'm going to make a point of keeping this separate as I think it will be such a fine quality hash.

Without a Doubt

Have my eyes on this one.
Banhghi sound worth of trying...

I only have experience with one individual in a low dose test. But, if you like clear, up and euphoric, who wouldn't, then you will not regret it. It was a fun day, and I was working with insulation, yuck!

There was one effect of the Bangi Haze that I did not mention in my original report. It seem to affect my balance just slightly. Once, my shoulder bumped a doorway as I was walking through. It's not like I felt drunk at all, it just made me lean a little too far forward when I was walking. It made me think of the way that John Wayne walked. I laugh to myself when I think of it.

I really liked that weed. I have a few other tests to do, I then I want to get back to the Bangi with a longer cure, and sample the buds that I took a week earlier than the one I tested. Maybe they will be a bit racy like others have reported.

I'm looking forward to testing some other Bangi Haze seeds. I have hopes of a Congo phenotype popping out. Since I like the Bangi Haze so much, it may be wise to check into the Congolese line.

growing outdoors? it's certainly a strain with great taste and smell, make hash out of it and oh boy :)

I finally got around to making hash from the Bangi. It is mixed with SAGE and Golden Tiger, but since SAGE is also up and positive, I think the Bangi qualities will shine.

If you have too much bud, make some hashish!

My lone Bangi girl a few weeks in. One of my favorite all-around sativa. Quick finisher, insanely funky, copious amounts of resin, and bulletproof in the rain. Just goes to show that you don't need a frosty indica in the mix to produce a quick flowering, stinky sativa from two landraces. A+ work, guys. I need to stock up on some more.

How's the taste on the bangi haze, I'm looking for a quality landrace sativa for breeding, We already have a nice wild Thailand pheno all cloned up from world of seeds, along with some chocolate Thai, Columbian gold, and was going for either the bangi haze or panama. Out of the two which is better for breeding, looking for nice taste, and a nice psychoactive high.

Hello Blis84 and everyone.

Been away for the summer and just checking back in now.
Hope all is well for everyone.

The Panama is a very nice strain to grow, smoke and breed.
The high is a mild trippy and dreamy social weed. The taste is spicy with a bit of lemon.
Would make a nice cross to other sativa.Beautiful plants to grow from the plants I found.

I have my BH order in hand and plan on starting them soon.
So watch for the next best from Ace.

Good day everyone. :)

I have my first bangi close to harvest in a modular scrog under led. I also had a Congo that finished a couple of weeks ago as someone mentioned it earlier here I thought I'd relate what I experienced.

My phenos make them seem completely different, the Congo was massive with huge fat buds that wanted to pull the branches down, it was the second highest yield I've ever had in my setup.

The Bangi has small little buds that are a fraction of the size and I suspect will be one of the lightest harvests I've had in my setup. However others have said they get good yield so perhaps it's just that pheno.

My Bangi *is* actually very weird, different than any other plant I've grown in that the stalks were kind of "noodly" and really bendy and supple. Super easy to scrog, you couldn't break them if you tried, tons of little, thin, bendy branches everywhere. Compared to a Panama for example with it's tough as nails branches it seems like a different plant entirely.

The Congo has an interesting high that's hard to pin down, I also have ACE Panama and it's perhaps most similar to that in that it's very "warm" feeling. The NepaleseJam is supposed to feel that way but to me it never did whereas the Panama and Congo definitely have that laying on a warm sunny beach drenched in warm honey feeling.

The Congo sampled early on 6th week after 12/12 it was very euphoric and a bit trippy but overall very warm and happy feeling. At week 8 it was much less euphoric but still warm and happy and a bit trippier though I wasn't hallucinating as people have said here but maybe yet as the bulk of the harvest was taken much later and I have yet to test it.

The Bangi sampled early at week 6 from 12/12 just about took my head off! I had two small tokes and felt a huge rush of energy course through me and I was off to the races. Extremely energetic, I would not even want to think about sitting down at that point.

A later sample at week 7 taken *after* a day of toking (some kush) and drinking in the evening when I was really tired and could have easily gone to bed didn't result in the same full body rush but it turned me instantly into a house cleaning superstar. I cleaned the hell out of a room that really needed it and though I didn't *feel* like I was overly stimulated from what I ended up doing I must have been, but I think the day of partying earlier had tired out my brain where it just couldn't be stimulated that much.

The Bangi is definitely what you want if you want to go straight to the most energetic Ace plant in my opinion (having tried only the NepJam, Congo, Panama, BangiHaze, OrientExpress). The Congo is interesting and fun but completely different in my experience from the Bangi.

Bangi gets you high, euphoric, amused and full of energy. In my tasting notes of my first quick (microwave steam technique) dried sample for it I wrote down "burnt rubber, brine, licorice, stinging nettle, definitely rhubarb with salt on it". The burnt rubber is almost certainly a result of the quick dry, I expect that to not be in the fully cured buds, maybe the brine is also related to it not being flushed at the time.

It also has quite a creeping effect like the Congo and Panama in that you don't feel the full effects for at least 6 or 7 minutes after you toke so it's easy to go overboard. I will warn anyone who tokes it about that as most people I know have never in their life smoked a really sativa dominant plant and this stuff is so intense I don't want to be accused of having "laced" adulterated buds by anyone.

Bangi is Congo. Peace GS

Bangi contains a Congolese; from what I've read off the ACE site:

The Bangi Haze is a hybrid of one specific Congolese and Nepalese which makes it 100% sativa.

The "Congo" is a mixture of two different landrace Congolese (one of which is the same as in the Bangi Haze) and a Chitral indica which makes it 75% sativa and 25% indica.

And now having tried both they are absolutely not comparable at all in effect, growth habit or structure.

For all purposes they should be considered completely different strains in my opinion.

Although I will agree, that too Ace they are very different. In reality however, Banghi is the early variation of Pure Congolese. Peace GS

My Bangi Haze outdoors in guerrilla. The smell is amazing, not the same as the old Bangi Hazes but it's quite good.

Beautiful Bangi Haze Gandalb, im glad she worked well in your area, it's a great hybrid for outdoor growing in the colder areas of north Spain. If you are growing the latest bangi haze version then i think it's 2 generations further to the old bangis you grew years ago. Happy harvest!

Hey Dubi, do you know if anyone tried the Bangi Haze in the subAlpine climate, like Switzerland?
