Bad year for outdoor in cali?

Until the weather clears up. Right now there's only about 14.5 hours of daylight at my latitude, so any clouds or overcast means even less and boom, instant flowering.

you're tripping i have no flower issues have been outside for 10 days with no supp light. same with last year and the year before.

you all are making me laugh we are not getting ruined by a touch of bad weather the plants are enjoying this as they get acclimated....

and our light deps are sold as indoor in all your guys' states and even in southern cali....don't waste your energy hating on cali outdoor cuz your boy down the street is selling it as indoor and people are loving it. PEACE.

Cant be worse than last year, that LaNina effect was killer!! And even then people still did well. If you check out some long range forecasts for the area, they're talking about a warmer dryer fall than average so thats a plus. Really it wont help the flood at all cause I know people are already talking about starting over with a later crop using lots more plants, that in the end, will finish with a better quality anyway...I will say though, I have noticed a slight thinning of the crowd at hydro stores etc this season, maybe some of the less experienced people getting out cause it was hard last year. Then again, everyone I know that is still growing, is blowing it up with no regard...

the weather here in california has been cloudy and somewhat rainy but that doesnt make your plants die or stunt.
it hasnt rained every day. and the sun is a million times stronger than any HPS bulb.
so even on a cloudy day your plants are getting enough light to veg.

all of my plants are vigorous , check my grow in my signature.
we have had a week of clouds and a few days of rain and they are still thriving.

plants love rainwater

Give them a couple more days of this weather and then take a closer look.
They don't start flowering the first few days of overcast. Yet, a couple weeks later you will see the effects.

On a lighter note, anytime I have had bad weather in the spring, I just toss out double more cuts in June and they more than make up for any loss.

Hail warning for me today.

Definitely the most odd weather I've seen this time of year.

I'm usually dark as an indian by now but I've been spending too much time inside LOL.

Some of my plants got shredded by the hail two weeks ago.
The ones that were hail damaged have came back 4 times as bushy and healthy as the ones that were not damaged.

Think I will shoot my plants with a shotgun each spring, it seems to invigorate them.

If clouds affected the plants like that then any plant receiving less than 14 hours of direct sunshine would flower. Shade depletes the light much more than clouds do. How many grow in the middle of an open field? Cannabis has survived for centuries rain or shine without the wisdom of men.

I live near marysville. nowhere near the tornado but about 5 strong gusts ripped branches off my 18" babies. I have a little more preflower than i like too but if we get some higher temps and some sun everything will be good (i hope)..I continuously cut clones until last week of june anyways, for just such emergencies... This later start cant affect our crops as bad as that year we were covered in smoke from all the fires...

you gotta get 'em harvested quick fellas...
the glow in the dark effects of the fukushima reactor cloud coming in contact with the offshore ganja greenhouses owned by phillip morris and staffed by slaves from the fema camps will interrupt your light cycle and create mutant sentient hermies with a taste for human pineal gland!!!

alex jones said so!
