Mother’s Light is starting to fatten up

The scents on the pink stigma plant are getting more astringent and nail polish remover with a sweet background.

The white stigma plant is getting a lot more resin but the scent is very subtle and reminiscent of light perfume

Pakistan Waziri x Egyptian Sinai

These plants were from seed thrown out during the winter on hard compacted soil, they have been neglected and didn’t receive fertilizer other than a very thin layer of composted horse manure thrown around the area. They also receive very little water in this area and grew amongst our summer wildflowers. I have pampered them more in the past and will show some photos of those as well. Due to the neglect the plants here are much smaller than usual but this was to test their resilience and so far I am very excited about how healthy and strong they are they have delightful scents of floral perfume mixed with pine tar hashish

I have to admit they do look a bit unusual especially when compared to traditional cured herb but the effect is so different and fantastic particularly when chewed Funny now to think I’m chewing on owl pellets

Senegalese x Nigerian

Plants are getting larger everyday and the stems are still bendy so we will see how big they can get over the next month. In our climate these varieties usually finish around November/December so they will start flowering later in the season as well.

Egyptian x Peruvian

Flowers are setting in fast, I have three of these ladies this year and they grow fast, large, and begin flowering early just like the pure Egyptians. The original Peruvians begin to flower much later and sometimes take until December to finish. I chose the Egyptian pollen because they are fast flowering and provide a “sativa” style effect which I feel enhances the blissful haze like Peruvian effect. It has been nice to lower flowering times of equatorial sativas without having to use “indica” style genetics such as Afghani as they simply do not have that same blissful, soaring effect that sativas possess.

Maruf Kandahari x Ethiopia

I had two of these going but one turned out to be male and was substantially larger than this female which is also quite large. They both were uniform in structure and are heavy with bud sites. The male was cloned and culled leaving space for this beautiful lady to flourish. I will collect pollen from the male as he was a true stud! Large, lots of flower sites and thick heavy stems. He will be used to carry on refinement of this line. No flowers yet and stems are still flexible so the stretch continues

These little autoflowers are maturing nicely. They didn’t get too large because I planted them a few weeks ago and they are growing in partial shade. They grew vegetatively for around 1.5 weeks and then began to flower. These are part of an auto breeding project I’m working on. The genetics are Lebanese Auto x Egyptian x Cretan. These smell very similar to the parent Lebanese but have a touch of floral Egyptian mixed with woody Cretan

Once next season comes around I will see how large they can get as the parent Lebanese and Egyptian genetics easily grow 4-6x this size

Satori (Nepal) from Mandala seeds.

I have loved growing this variety for years now and have only planted seeds from cultivars displaying sweet watermelon aromas with soaring, energetic, creative, and blissful effects. The plant here has a powerful scent of sugary lemon watermelon candy definitely one of my all time favorite varieties. Especially when cobbed and chewed

Sinai x Peru

Flowers are growing quickly and starting to develop heavily floral aromas. One is more floral and delicate and the other has heavy notes of strawberry and blueberry. The mother Peruvian was chosen for her pure Strawberry/Blueberry flavor and blissful effect that has no ceiling Very excited to see how these specimens progress

Waziri x Sinai

I have harvested a few of these this past week and have begun the fermentation process. The aromas are floral, fruity, funky, hashy, pungent, and sweet. There is one expression that smells exactly like apple pie and hashish most expression of this type produce various shades of pink stigmas

Been harvesting plants daily for the past week with many more becoming ready every day. Here’s a beautiful Peruvian x Egyptian that will be coming down soon. The expressions found within this variety are delicious. There is pure blueberry and strawberry sugar with a hint of peach and a peachy, pineapple with hints of yeast

As I am busy harvesting the Middle Eastern, North African, and Pakistani genetics. The Africans and South American cultivars are just now starting to really flower this one Ethiopian is beautiful with its pink stigmas
