Also schnell noch etwas hamstern :ROFLMAO:

You actually have to select Fems and I'm not sure whether the cutting dealers always have what they say they have in them. Cherrybuff/Permanentmarker/Applefritter - to be honest you don't have to grow them yourself anymore because everyone and their grandmother is growing them these days.
30 € for a pack of 10 seeds from the R+D section, there might be something extra special in there that you can't get anywhere else. But it's not convenient or economically sensible, that's true.

Oh, and to add fuel to the fire: Fritz März will be closing the seed market again next year for us good citizens. So stock up quickly:ROFLMAO:

So today I had a really cool exchange with a dealer because I wanted seeds from breeders that weren't listed with him. Apart from the fact that everything was tried to get them, I was also told that the American breeders in particular have a kind of LMAA attitude. Hardly any breeder gets the phyto certificates or deals with them. If an order doesn't go through, the buyer is then left with the costs. (Most of them only accept advance payment, of course)
I think that's really bad practice and at the end of the day it's damaging to the whole community. Retailers are no longer ordering and we may have problems getting certain genetics. Unfortunately, I can't understand why there's such a fuss about the certificates. I know it from various succulents or orchid groups, if you want to have certain seeds, you also need the phyto certificates or Cites papers. The whole thing does involve costs, but given the quantities you ultimately order, these are manageable. That's why I was really surprised that the Americans in particular are so weak in this regard... It's really not rocket science with the papers.

Phyto Sanitary for a lot of breeders in the states is pointless because technically exporting any seed is illegal. Phyto/fem/germ rates should be required by the Seed Banks in order distro the seed. The states are really challenging for many breeders as well. Good breeders with a solid arsenal of genetics to play with are overshadowed by tech savvy, coke driven -social ladder climbers that talk a good game but never spent time in a actual cultivation. Or only show up when its harvest and never stick around for the cleanup. They are better tasked with hyping seed and bolstering numbers - but many of these fakers find their way into seed banks and you find yourself with HLV soaked ultra hybridised "blah blah Giraffe Pussy". The cannabis genetics game is a full mess. There was hope back in the day that SNP Gene Mapping was going to regulate this and save the day. But a certain someone (wont say names) got a fat $5,000,000 grant from the State of Oregon .... and now we see where that went. For personal gain and every single f----ing breeder or cultivator that used that "free" service from 2014-2017 did not read the small print on the Material Transfer Agreement. And now that publicly funded company and owner owns everyones genetics that used his gene mapping services. Things like this is what makes the breeder doing the real work In-Line nursing forgotten strains with bangerz and producing quality work.

Have you ever registered a seed with the AOSCA. Or better yet, have you ever certified a seed in EU. It is a incredible amount of work, for example I am fighting and clawing my way to get industrial hemp seed from Vietnam into Germany. It takes 2 years and a research license and I have to attach my project to a university just to get the seed released from Zoll and amultiplication license from the Landeswirtschaft.

However many breeders do a phyto sanitary, fem and germ. These are farmers typically in canna friendly areas such as Oregon, Washington, parts of California. And for now many Best Kept Secrets like Good Greens "Lipsmackerz" in Cali are sticking to authentication of their strains to silence all the fakers out there.
