Are True Hemp Seeds Even Available

I've always wondered why it's so easy to buy Cannabis seeds that produce lots of THC.

But finding viable true hemp seeds that produce no THC at all or just a trace of it are next to
impossible to find. Like the hemp used in textile or clothing, etc.

I wouldn't mind growing one of these plants one day. Just to say I have done it.

Why is that?

Maybe the war on Cannabis is really a war on Hemp.

The COTTON MAFIA is probably at fault. They fear Hemp durability I bet.

If you see a reliable hemp seed link.

Do post it here if you can.

Well maybe because hemp seeds are regulated (because they should be THC free plants), so farmers can only buy allowed cultivars from certified vendors. In order to be a farmer, u must regist yourself as well so it gets everything more complicated I guess.

Demand is much lower as well... so the offer is low too.

You could get your hemp seed from birdfood

Some farm supply in the US sell hemp seed, but it's not viable (officially).

I have found some Cannabis (grown for buds) to have super-strong fibers, literally comparable to steel in tensile strength.

I think one of the reasons hemp grows the way it does is, plant over-crowding. One plant every 3 inches. Not much light gets to the lower branches.

Anyway, in a pinch, Sativa will grow great fiber.

Though our fvcked up governments are psycho over both forms of the plant.

But honestly isn't this all crazy?

Like WTF? Seeds that get you high are easy to get.
But seeds that can't are next to impossible to get.

I still say it's the COTTON MAFIA messing with us.
They know hemp can outlast their cotton balls.

That's my verdict.

at a guess

same reason hand sanitizers say "kills 99% germs"

Hemp company's dont say thc free because if some one gets raided and fucked over 0.1%thc, they would be possibly liable, again a guess.

never looked for thc free seed, regular hemp seed certainty wasnt hard to find last i looked.

I'm pretty sure that even the hemp seeds that are found in bird seed are sterilized before they're sold.

To me they must be sterile. Otherwise, how come all the bird feeders in the World don't have
hemp plants under or near them? Considering how much bird feed is sold. I think we would have
seen somebody with plants by now.

I remember reading a soft secret article a good few years back where they said that there is a strain of hemp that was certified legal to grow in the EU. You was legally allowed to grow an acre of it.
Hemp seeds from the fishing tackle shop used to grow years ago as my mates planted some and they grew. I didn't know much then so cant remember much about them as was a kid then.

They are growing fields of some kind of hemp for fibre in fields around the UK. I haven't heard of any being found for awhile, but 10 years ago or so I know the youth were finding these fields of low grade hemp and bringing bin bags of the stuff home.

If you want to buy large amounts http://www.finola.fi/seed.html Strain is very fast, autoflowering and grows well even when flowering. Seeds are used for oil, and feed and they are tasty. Smaller amounts are videly available in eco-shops like http://kauppa.ruohonjuuri.fi/kuorellinen-hampunsiemen/HIRVI-6430029586126/dp?openGroup=409 500g or 250g Shop is in Finnish, but custemer service speaks very good English.

Finola is a bit over one meter or 3'-4' high, but good fiber. Not familiar with those actual fiber strains, I think there are good French ones.

Im looking to but it is hard without being able to get testing willy nilly. You can have a low THC strain but it could also depend on the timing in which you take it and also the time you would possibly have your crop checked and tested by the authorities that be... if that is an issue. Im looking for something below .03% but It seems impossible. You can get oil's and other products that have been striped I may try to go that route if I can find a good deal..but to do it your self the equipment is expensive to do it properly. Hard deal. Always trying to get the highest most potent THC available but getting none is also just as difficult.

Do those seeds germinate?

Yes, they do. And I read on some forum that some Americans ordered those Finola seeds either from Ruohonjuuri or some other similar eco-friendly shop in Finland and started breeding experiments with them.

And of course you can eat them. Super food with good oils and a great source of veggie protein.

There are certainly hemp seeds available, and passed around. Some varieties grow better in certain climates. Do a bit of searching. I got some finola seeds from a good friend years ago, but they were confiscated along with the rest of my seed collection. Im looking for a good hemp variety for the production of seeds, myself.
