220/110/73/45/25 I think the combo of that one would have a nice end productdepends.. i'd recommend 220/160/110/73/25 or 220/110/73/45/25
anyways this prompted a response from me; Gortex made by DUPONT is expanded polytetrafluoroethylene, has 1 billion pores sq inch and is the most waterproof , breathabla membrane on the market. .Gore-tex is a proprietary teflonized Teflon is the brand name of a polymer compound discovered by Roy J. Plunkett (1910-1994) of DuPont in 1938 and introduced as a commercial product in 1946.
Coincidentally nylon was invented by DUPONT as well ,like you said vorsprung.
Dupont along with Harry Anslinger testied in Supreme Court that "cannabis made white women sleep with black men because of it's affects on degenerates."
Funny how the very thing that made cannabis illegal is making hash extraction bags
I can't remember which thread but yeah , I totally saw the quote that 'bubble bags were made from gortex"
Then he said they weren't on this cool thread.

Funny how the very thing that made cannabis illegal is making hash extraction bags.Nevertheless I will also be trying my hand at making these wonderful bags. Like you guys here,I cannot afford the cost of bubblebags. So i thought there should be a way to make them just as quality but affordable , especially since I live in Nepal part time...and the materials are available.
Right now the US dollar is sorta weak tho: 74 rupees to 1 us dollar. I still think it coulb be done in a economic fashion. There probably are sweatshops here in KATHMANDU, but I have never met them I have Nepali tailors that employ local families and are good people.. Nepali are the best tailors in the world with the exception of INDIA. It would appear that all the materials are already here in Kathmandu. So it should be convenient to get the bags made in an economical fashion.
Crazy how many people are giving it a go with the gap in the industry. Like myself, I want to manufacture high quality , affordable extraction bags, and mine will also be made in Nepal. I would love to see your model of bags vorsprung are they done yet?
Been through this thread now and can't help notice all the fine hash shots from Bubbleman's bags. Can't recall seeing a single sprung hash shot. Talks cheap, lets see whatcha got. Peace GS
people will come to find everything is hypocritical ..
OMG Vorsprung....i see them now...is 5gallon the only option available atm?
Stay Safe
Was wondering the same thing, will their be an 8 bag set offered?
Vorsprung;
I saw you said earlier on that you have mega sales experience and sourcing . I will need your sales experience to do this endeavor. Are you aware of the particular mesh factories in Kathamandu yourself? If so please forward their numbers or names, if not, I will ask the silkscreen printers on NEW ROAD where they get their mesh , i'm almost positive their is a factory on NEW ROAD in KTM... but as for the denier side walls, there are a million trekking outfitters in THAMEL, they all have and make backpacks, bags, etc. someone will have the heavy denier for sidewalls... if so, all materials are sources local.. Vorsprung any ideas on sizing? The side walls width and lenght? the radius of the mesh? If you know , let me know I have No bags to even copy, but seems pretty trivial anyway.that's why I am making them in the first place. i will go for about 300 bags , not sure what i will claim in CUSTOMS though once I start filling orders in the future.
My first set will be coming back with me on check in , and will have to claim that too... at least they are light. Any advice or suggestions ?
psyched to get a prototype made...should be interesting even if all fails.
