Afghans putting on weight quickly. Fingers crossed for a successful harvest, which might be mid October.

Autos don't flower around any specific date, they "automatically" start to flower right around 30 days after they have germinated, that is why they are called "autos"...IME with autos so far they all tend to start to transition into flowering right around 30 days after they sprout.

So the date that they start to flower depends entirely when they are germinated, it doesn't relate to any time of the year at all.

And I don't know of any auto that even takes 14 weeks to finish entirely.. Most autos only flower for 4 to 5 weeks before they are ready for harvest (some a bit longer), most finish up after only 60 to 90 days in total, from the day it sprouts.

I grew an auto this summer that had "Mango Haze" as the mother, after only 5 weeks of flowering it was ready for harvest and fully ripe. It was harvested 9 weeks after the day the seed sprouted.

If you want a plant that takes 14 weeks to flower, don't get an auto...get a photo period.

.

Certian Phenos of Chunkadelic go over 14 weeks with massive yield.

So how many millions of Pounds will the US produce this year ?

I will contribute about 5 pounds to the total.

Some interesting statistics for 2020 doesn’t say anything about production rates which would be impossible to factor in the black market

Sure it's harder to get statistics for the Free Market.

But not impossible, just takes some digging.

Just takes a little counting !

I have 10 plants right now, so 6 of them are "illegal". Of course the illegal ones are about 12 inches tall, but still. Maybe my 5 pounds doesn't count.

Last year I had a neighbor with about 25 free market plants. Down the street we had a neighbor with a 1/2 acre of "Regulation" weed.

So it just takes a little counting to figure out the ratio of regulated to free market weed.

Also it would help to have access to County data, e.g. the Water Master's office.

Another ratio - for every 5000 plant free market grow that LEO shuts down (and brags about in a news release), how many large free market grows are there ?

Sounds awesome 😎
In Canada the government has managed to make legal commercial growing for big corporations only with endless regulations and start up costs. No real craft cannabis at all.

I don’t really know all of the details yet… have a good friend who is close with the guy who is running the whole event he’s a hemp farmer it’s going to be fine you’re supposed to pay the vend you may be able to get around that selling weed is wide open I’m bringing all my current strains with me I think it’s a multi-day event and it’s very close to my house which is convenient:yay:… Once I get there and talk with the dudes if I think the competition is going to be fair and they actually are going to do a blind test with a panel of judges I will enter
