I had a fem seed run last year (used STS). I had a bumper crop so I just hauled off the majority of seeds. I pulled the 4 plants out by the roots and thru them on my fire pit. It's an oil tank with a side cut out with about 8 years worth of burned maple brush.

I have a couple extra plants like I do most years, and decided to put them in my yard. I found 5-6 plants growing in my firepit and a few more next to my shed.

I'll clean them up and cage them so they don't get trimmed by the lawn guy.

And I still have the few extra plants to deal with. No worries though. I'll find a home for them.

Trying to keep the plant counts within range, this is my primary outdoor "investment", an Ace Zamaldelica x KaliChina. She's pushing 7' already and I've been trimming every day to get the structure ready for flower, which is slowly kicking in. She would like a week or so more than this climate can usually provide, but the early-ish pull last year was still very worthy. The flavors and effects were great and it lasted through several frosts and even some snow with no mold.

I planted 4 plants in the chicken pen to give them shade.

A little 2 hot though.

In addition to watering them, I covered the dirt with leaves, and then turned on the sprinkler just to keep them cool.

1 wilted & won't make it, one was on the edge, 1 Romberry cross and 1 Cookie cross still going strong & hopefully will go into High Gear.

Get some pics up:wave:

I have a new routine for pics.

Had to buy a Windows 10 laptop for $240 so I could get the pics off the smartphone.

So I have to move the pics to the desktop of the laptop, then move them to a thumb drive.

Then move them from the thumb drive to my main computer, which has Internet access.

Meanwhile, the -6- mostly Chem cross seedlings that I transplanted to 2 gallon pots yesterday ... put them in the garage under LED screw in's since I knew it would be hot.

And the rats ate all of them.

So I planted 6 more Chem cross seeds and put the pots back outdoors, positioned so they get afternoon shade.

It's a bit of a Marathon.

I've been thinking it might be a good idea to put a locked fence around my main plants.

Had an attempted burglary in May, foiled by a neighbor, skeezy looking guys doing a Recon mission. :rtfo:
