hey red,

awesome looking plant...omg
you sure do know how to kick ass, in the grow department

question tho, and a would be concern of mine,
with buds so huge and dense, is mold an issue ??

i mean if i tried to grow that, some summers here are heavy rain
2 yrs ago, i only had to water outdoor plants twice, maybe 3 times all season, because of how much rain we had at 42 N

so im curious, even tho they do look spectacular, they must be difficult to dry and cure properly without any mold....

i lost my entire 4 plant harvest last year to mold during cure
sure i learnt my lesson there....and wont happen again
but to look at your big bad ass, beautiful buds, first thing going thru my mind is about potential mold issues...

how do you, an expert grower, address the issue ??
curious....that plant looks like a high yield too

thanks

Hi Axle
Had mould issues in my first grow.Rushed place buds in jars
Similar size bud, was left hanging in the dark, with slight breeze provided by a fan and a heating element,at 20C,for about a week?
When in the jar, will open it once or twice a day,5min,to let it breath
Would do that for quite a no. of days.
When in jars I 3/4 fill them
If worried about bud getting too dry, simple test, place a bud in film, stick it in your pocket for 15min,should be slightly moist when unwrapped
An expert grower,I am not my friend
Only my 5th in total grow :)

Red nice looking buds, nice to see some sativas grown

St Phatty, Plants look great. Be careful with that much water around the trunk. I mound my rootball up a little when I plant to shed the water away from the trunk. It helps prevent crown rot.

Things are finishing early this year... that good in my book!

Chopped a bunch of stuff 5 days ago and got it hanging..
Here's a view of the hideout halfway chopped down..
The big one by the wagon came down 3 days ago..
Heres a picture of one of it's tops... It had more than a dozen of these..
And that's not counting all the silver dollar sized buds everywhere else...

Next year the entire hideout will be planted with it's clones...

Oh, the drying shed sure smells sweet the past 5 days or so...

I was away for a week & the pm assault continued while I was gone. I have picked more than 50 leaves off the plants today in a forced defol. They need a couple more weeks . . .
