yup , my veg jugs set for 3 to 4 days before they need refilling & my rez's set for 4 days before refilling & have had 0 problems with any of them .

Im using the RO version for drain to waste. I mix enough to last about 5 days. I have noticed a color change if the mixed bucket gets a lot of light. I just cover my bucket in between waterings...no idea if the color change indicates a degradation but its a pretty easy thing for me to do

I got a reply from Chris this morning. I've been doing it sort of wrong...looks like I need to hold off on the +Life 'till right before feeding. I'm pretty sure they told me this at the grow store, but I filed it away in the 'do not use' section of my noodle

VB DIRTY and +SIZE can be mixed and left for up to a week without any significant change in composition. Only apply +LIFE when you are ready to water as you want to deliver it as soon as you mix it.

week 7 & 8 & they want you to still feed at 1000 ppms ..... i'm sorry , but no way in hell am i continuing to feed that high that late .
i never even go over 1000 at my peek .

agree with this as well...I will be using RO formula and I'm going to be adding in +size starting week 3 at 1g per gallon and gradually work up to 2g a gallon at peak feeding... I'll report back on how it mixes, ph stability, and my opinion as i progress.. first batch with +size will start in a few days.

the tent run of nothing but V&B PHed to 5.9 on every rez fill , peek so far with it is 1.6EC as of right now @ 9 days of flower .

this is day 1 of veg , started them at 1.0 EC & went to 1.4 ec untill flower then went to 1.6

this is at day 9 of flower after 20 days of veg .so 29 days total from the first pic . they just got 1.6 EC last nights rez fill .

now to see how they do for the rest of the cycle on nothing but V&B ......

I have improved on the execution of my Bubble system, and that accounts for some of this, but DAMN...

Med Man's Silver Skunk is rockin it big time

Started in ~ 200ppm, then as water evaporated I infilled with 300ppm

Yesterday I did a rez change, and started them on ~ 400ppm

Today I had to move them to bigger and better diggs.

These seedlings were inserted into net pots on 3/21

I used the veg+bloom dirty last year on a outside grow..i have to say i was very impressed...my stalks and side branches were so rigid..like iron..the vegitation was so lush an green,,I had fan leaves over a foot across...now during flowering the buds were just stacking up crazy like and rock hard...plus with the silica in it I had no MOLD ..my next dor nieghbor had bad mold....we grew close to the same strains also.....AOS..Chemdawg..Blue dream..snow cap..Caramellow..ECSD..Snowdog...

I got 5 pounds of the Dirty for this years grow...cant wait...doing C99...9 pound hammer...jamican Dream...headband...Kaboom...and a Maine Strain of Skunk...

just got 6 yards of compost just need the ground water to recede some so i can till in the greenhouse...

but again the veg+Bloom Dirty was very impressive of all the ferts I used in the past....I will use the veg+bloom and also teas...

Switching to the dirty from PBP Bloom I've noticed similar results. Increased vigor. (This is in veg mind you.) Side branching has taken off.

Although I am not a fan of some of the tactics of the company I will say if you aren't to be bothered with mixing your own salts.
This is a great one and done. (As far as veg goes in substrates. I won't be able to give a report on bloom aspects nor hydro.)

I just set that tent up at a buddys house specifically to run gorillas . first time using 1000 watts too . just switched to HPS as that pic was taken . was running MH horti's up till then . now they're on Horti super reds , all brand new bulbs ballasts hoods etc ....
the thoueys are kickin ass compared to my usual 600's . been using the same strength of V&B as i do with the 600's & haven't noticed any defs , so they must like that strength . they are feeding alot more than here , they're getting 3 minutes of feed at lights on & 2 minutes right before lights off & i'm just barely getting run off .

mixed up first batch of +size and RO ... +size had no fallout and mixed well same as RO formula for me. start of week 3 added 1 tsp of +size and topped off with V+B to 600ppm. sad to say this is the first time I had to bust out ph adjustments though. when mixed ph was hovering at about 4.5 . bumped it up to 5.8 and will monitor for swings. two standalone 5 gal dwc rez's.


edit: after a few hrs saw an upwards spike of PH.. maybe next time I will let settle for a while before I adjust... im used to just mixing up a batch of RO v+B and running with it as PH is always sitting around 5.8. I adjusted back down to 5.7 and it has sat that way overnight looking pretty stable.. leaves are perky on the girls and they seemed to love the pk boost.

I always added powder slowly while using a paddle to mix. It works fine, but this time I decided to mix at my kitchen sink using an electric blender with whisk attachment, which provides a more complete (homogenous) mix

I forgot to mention I am vegging under 2 custom made WHITE ufo 90s (3500/5000k)

This V&B line & canna coco nutes in coco have been some of the best for letting the true flavor of the weed come out instead of muddying it up like some of the other brands do . clean white ash is indictive of a good flush /leaching . even with shitty nutes .... a good long flush will let you get a clean burn . personally i go 2 weeks leaching my nutes out of the coco . by the last week , usually the plant is feeding off itself enough that 70% of the foliage is yellow & falling off . i call it dieing on the vines .
