The LPs do have real cuts(sometimes lol). During the transition from MMAR to MMPR, prior to April 2014, there were clones that were transferred legally from MMAR to MMPR growers. It was how many LPs got the starting materials.
The MMPR guys were even buying bud from the MMAR guys legally. The provision was wrote like that to ensure the government supported MMPR companies could source the strains and starting material they needed to start business.
I am pretty sure Tilray got a lot of their stock from the " Great Gardener". They are both from Nanaimo and have the exact same cuts. Credit to the Great Gardener, he does grow much better bud than Tilray.
Like it or not, the LPs definitely have some real cuts.

Their dope is garbage. I've smoked it from all of them. I could grow better shit in my sleep but I grow it for myself so I care. Who cares what cuts they have legit or not their tasteless Comercial doesn't satisfy me.
Lol the only use I have for the LPS it their pack to put mine in. Other than that useless
Just cut down a very ECSD leaning Biodiesel and it smells very much like some of the cuts around here including ones labeled ECSD. So I think it's around here no doubt.
I recently discovered the 'Sour' part of the name comes from people being sour about the price back in the day, not the smell.
Makes sense. But it's just another canna story so who knows. I do know the smells are very similar though. Biodiesel a nice line btw I recommend it.

One was like 6 months old SLH from one of the bigger but I forget which so I don't say. It was kept in a film container completely free to exchange air over that time. No surprise there was no nose at all. The bud itself looked decent - except that when closely inspected there were a lot of heads missing due to overhandling and excessive dryness.
They're rookies largely.

I blew up on them and freaked out canceled my shit so I just keep my stuff in a container. If a cop stopped me I have it in the container so whatever how can they prove it wasn't lp shit it was mine

I worked on start up on one of those, saved a bunch of bunk over watered yellow shit and did 30 nice 20 light rooms, then the rich fuck thought I should work for free for shares in the company after I cut over 450 lbs over 5 months.almost bankrupt me, and put a bad taste in my mouth towards going full legit...

Pretty much. I think the OG that goes around most circles is an OG/Purple Kush hybrid as it finishes faster than OG should, longer than PK and turns purple near the end with a more OG nose and PK structure.
It's a good plant. Not a huge fan, but it's a good plant none the less. Still not pure.
Like I said though, I have seen the real deal here. Guy was getting 24 a unit (mind you he is always AAAA organic amazing quality) when everyone else was getting 1. Most of the guys getting 1 I knew were buying from him lol.
Far as ECSD goes, I have an ok relationship with the guys down at the Vancouver Island Compassion Society and they have a legit ECSD that I've had. Not around much but it's legit based on my experience with this biodiesel and the noses. I really didn't doubt it much except that it didn't smell sour, but then I heard the story and now I have no doubt at all. They have a bunch of good cuts in their wheelhouse including Chim's ISS. No doubt in my mind it's legit.
Yeah I agree, commercial circles are big business, but limited people sharing all the same things... I can think back to years and remember a handful of cuts I had access too, people I meet years later all got the same... Our "OG" we got was the worst of the kushes we got at around same time in 2007-2010 before bubba came around. But nothing like OG pics on line either, had big stems and dominant top not lots of branching so obvious fake.
Forum and scenester scene is totally different, when talking clone shop your usually just sayin hey I need to fill 500 what you got for me, because unless it's bunk you tried and wasn't worth time your usually not going to wait around, most serious dudes wouldn't sell you bunk cuts if that's their business, but they will use names people know,if you want strains you seen pics of online best bet is order some seeds cause if you asking for something specific and buying small #'s ect, someone will just sell you whatever n you won't if looking on street level IMO... Bet lots of forum people and scene guys have lots of elites.
