Im a life long bow hunter and have always wanted to build my own bow and arrows and take a deer in this tradition.

cant wait to read through this whole thread. im excited to learn from all of you.

I bagged our Thanksgiving gobbler last month.

@armedoldhippy they were really getting going good here then they had way to much neighbor pressure and went nocturnal. They sit in a super isolated private area until 7 pm then move back at 5 am. I have a stand and two blinds on their route and gave a bunch of early passes also opted to sit rifle out and just watch through a thermal.
We had a great acorn drop too which keeps them in the forest.
