I witnessed an UNBELIEVABLE dog fight. Must be in the stars right now. Mercury rising I think.

It happened on Sunday while I was at work. Some huntah guys came in for some green bottles, chili, and red dogs after a long wet morning up here in the bush. While they were waiting and talking story one of their dogs escaped their truck and got into it with another dog. This is when the unbelievable happened.

Uncle Waltah came running in and exclaimed
"Ho Cuz,my chihuahua jus killed your guyses red pit bull!"

The huntah guys all looked shocked and one them replied,
" No way your tiny dog could kill my pit bull, he even get on one cut collar."

"Try come, I show you" said Uncle Waltah "I think my dog stay stuck in its throat!"

Meanest dog I ever had a chihuahua ! A white 10 lb terror must of bit at least 3 of my friends. Of course it was usually your back ankle but he hurt. Raised him and his sister a three legged black chihuahua. I think he was just super protective of his deformed sister. Dogs are loyally funny like that. He would also sit by the door until everyone was in for the night and allways gravitated to the youngest kids room

The only glaring untruth I caught in my last few posts was that I misidentified Pogfather as starting a seed company. I got that wrong. As you pointed out he is going for a dispensary slot.

If either of us heard of some random dude trashing either of us on a weekly basis, my bet is that we would reply, forcefully. Quickly. Unless, of course, what was said is correct. I think he has an account here under a different name, so a reply?

I too have heard rumors from many different corners that the "fix is in". In each case the "fix" in in the rumor starters' favor. Far too many think this is in the bag. Proposals aren't even gonna be opened until the 15 of next month....That's when you will see the eventual winners.

But what the hell do they win?

Did you see the "guidelines" the dispensaries have to go by? I didn't, but the release just said it has to be grown in an "indoor secure facility". Please tell me that's true.

Shitty weed grown here, at a hefty price, where power ain't cheap, vs cheap Mainland garbage aka (the usual) flown here. Then you have the stuff grown outside in the sun.... by asshats like me.

I wonder what the discriminating hemphead will choose? And all the dispensaries are is fighting over a pool of 14,000 people with cards, of which, maybe half grow their own.

Pogfather's idea of sharing is sending it to O'ahu with the instructions to "put it out there". Yes, his circle is a little bit to big for me. I doubt very much that I would like to share a cup of coffee with him. Fact of the matter is life is too short to spend it dealing with people who lie to both themselves and others.

I do believe that everytime I refereed to the non-existent seed company I started with the prefix 808 first, so I would not get my line tangled with his. Should be unclear, I have nothing against the guy with the prefix at the end. Any tangle with back end prefix is unintentional.

AS..... I don't know about you, but I hate trimming weed period. But I'd rather trim it the old fashioned way than get one of those dohickies that tumble trim it..... like some people that will remain nameless.

The "you too" was, it looked to me like you were agreeing with soserthc in that there is a lot going on here. Like and I quote "a Car Accident". Now hang on, that is a very fair statement. I often refer to this trip as a trainwreck, which for those keeping score at home is far WORSE than a mere car accident.

In reality, at this moment, very little is going on here. It's Winter. The plants are small. I'm reduced to entertaining myself by doing this little screed. Sometimes in my replies, I become more focused at replying at the expense of what was actually said.

The mistake is that when I write these, I do it like we are right there, having a conversation, Unfortunately the whole thing is on a 24 hour delay, so I can't see your face and realize at the second that I was unclear. Then it has to be pointed out to me. Then it takes me more time to straighten it all out. Not the most effective way to run a railroad, but it is what it is.

There's a pattern. It really is just me being greedy. After I make a point, I try to add another more minor point to the first with a crack like:

There must be a less risky way to make a buck.

The costs are starting to exceed the possible income with this small of a customer base.
And not just for Helco gouging.
Site and equipment, will be pricey.
Solar is an option, but will require a large, up-front investment!
And, they'll need to use generators, either way.
Because a couple power failures can hose the harvest.

Not to mention that the Feds could just waltz in and confiscate the whole shebang on a whim.
Looks to me like the folks that added those conditions are wanting this to fail.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

If you delve further into the rules, it appears that they are also trying to discourage any smoking or inhalation and are prohibiting dispensaries from selling any form of pre-roll or any forms of paraphernalia related to smoking or inhaling.

There's even a line in there that doesn't allow the patient access to check out the product until a sale is made.

I guess they are trying hard to appear legitimately "medical" and not look like the Cali free-for-all.

i had really hoped it would - that was the one i was really trying to share with you. that and and i think the legend og was in there too that was a great one. the urkle cross from norcal was untested at the time of sending, and it was noted as such and that ended up sucking hard.
some gifts work out great sometimes. and sometimes they don't.

apparently those one's didn't.
