That's great about the A11 f2's. The neem didn't work too well for me. In fact, one of my plants has been almost completely destroyed :puppydoge I need to get some close up lenses for my camera, because those pics of yours are always great.

heya sarm  welcome to IC!
CC-thanks man...
twisted-yea I really can't express in words how much that sucks..
from what I have been hearing about neem is that it isn't a 1 time thing and they go away...you have to keep at it and spray every 4 days or so to make sure you kill off an entire lifecycle rotation or more. And it really works better as a preventative kind of thing as opposed to dealing with preexisting infestations.
Check out TML's igloo thread he has really been after the little buggers too...It's gone sci-fi, and he is way beyond neem...busting out the heavy guns..

Until I have another problem, I'll just keep on with my neem spraying, and hope.

heres a couple of garden pics to see get the big picture: :smoke:

This is probably the healthiest I have ever had my garden...much thanks to all who have helped me!! :bis:
I have been supercropping the apollo's hopefully to slow them down a bt till I can get the time to tie them up.

heres the veg space...it's new...I'll get it painted white sooner or later..I also ordered a 125w CFL that will go in to replace my tubes.

Some great photos in here for sure  Very lucious macros :yummy:

Bug Farts! I'm going to catch a fly and pin him down by his wings and feed him chili :chin: I gotta see what a bug fart smells like :biglaugh:
When I get around to getting some neem, I'll be thinking of that the first time I take a whiff.

Tis the season for bugs

hia anima ...thats looking good man! fair warning though....the tips that get yellow on top are a little dangerous....when they hit bud and start 2 rot you can possebly get mold in the top...
Nway ùaybe you kne that already ..but i thought i would let you know

SG55-thanks man...always here to show appreciation...
Core- my man- thanks for the warning...I did cut her off a bit early from the nutes I think. I never thought she would go this long. It's at 63 days. I'll probably chop tomorrow or the next day.
As far as mold goes...I've never had a problem with it. The air is thin and its too dry here. But never-the-less she will get chopped before any of those leaves actually start dying. They might be turning yellow, but they are still alive, for now.

I really can't wait because my stash jars have been empty for some time...waiting for it to dry is going to be a b#*%h! :cuss:
I definitely have to get in a preemptive doobie before the cure.

Once the stash jars are filled I'm making it my mission to never let them go dry again!

Heya Bhb  thanks
Bear- Humbly proud eh? I think I'll be both of those as soon as I get a sweet lungful of expanding kindness. :bongsmi:
Core- Once again thanks a bunch for the heads up man. I chopped her last night. pretty much all traces of any yellow, or dying leaves were just on the large fan leaves, and didn't reach any budsites. I'll keep an eye out for mold just in case though.
She looked practically the same as she did in the last pics right before the the chop, I'll get some dry nug shots for everyone when they get that way..they developed a nice strong skunky smell after ripening. I am quite pleased. although I did find 1 or 2 bananas when manicuring, they didn't seem to be fertile, and I have found no seeds in anything so far.

And it's only another week or two and then the Cherry SDxAK is coming down and I will begin re-veg with all my might.

And another up note: the runt of my last seed run (which should be repotted soon) is another SDxAK and I can already tell (hopefully)she is going to be special...I have vowed get clones from it and keep the seed plant as a parent. We will see how it contends with her sister, assuming she makes it though the re-veg process..

Can you believe these apollo's? I think my shorter one is going to be quick, but the bigger one looks like it could turn into a monster. I've already tied it down more than it is there. I could make it real interesting and give her a bigger pot.still not too much smell yet though..

I'll get more pics soon.

..... ... ... ...
well I snapped a few pics at lights out:

now you can see what I'm talking about...these apollo's are taking over!
You can barely see the 2 bubblicious and 1 more SDxAK back there in the back...they went in about 2 days ago.
I still have the runt SDxAK of the bunch in veg and I plan on cloning it.
And the furthest along SDxAK (cherry pheno) is at 62 days...shouldn't be long now.. I'll get more pics of her before the chop..

and now here is a couple dry nug shots from the first (SDxAK)xAK that came down last week. Still needs a good cure.

ixnay- thanks man!
SG55- Yea, it always brings a great sense of satisfaction when things really start going. Your welcome for the cam tips..
bhb-heh...I couldn't ...I smoked that nug right after the pic :joint: but yea that Cherry SDxAK is really stinking pretty, It takes some discipline to not just take a big bite off out it :muahaha:
MGJ/Core- Thanks man...I've had a pic published in Hightimes mag awhile ago. I was thinking about maybe publishing a coffee table book later in life if I ever stop growing, or the laws where I'm at are more friendlier to us ganja gurus. you know kinda like Jason kings' Cannabible, but more aimed twards the growing/breeding aspect.

Garden update:
Well after smoking what came off of the last (SDxAK)xAK I think I am going to lighten up on the flora nova series ferts I have been using and rely more on all organics (I have always been strictly organic before this run and I can definitely tell a difference in the taste, my fishing buddy discribes it as soapy...). The soil that the two bubblicious' and the new SDxAK both had added blood and bone meal. That will be supplimented with bat guano teas later. I don't think I am going to stop using it all together, because the plants seem to really like it. I just want to really steer away from the hydro taste..it really wasn't that bad...but..I'm picky ya know?

Also I am modding out my pots by cutting off the rims, the rims are about 5/8 of an inch wide, and by doing this is will allow me to fit 9 plants in my tiny 2x2.5ft flowering cab. I am going to see if I can hit 1 gram per watt every 60 days (ok maybe 65 days)...never seen it done with a single 400w before, its probably pipe dreams with these sativa monsters taking up so much space (and time)right now... But eventually I plan on trying to get on a schedule. 1 plant per week for 9 weeks will go into the cab, if I can keep it up for 9 weeks then I should have a harvest every week or so. At first, for awhile (until I get some moms, and clones) I'll be putting in more than 1 into flower every week to try and offset my male count.

I got my 125w flouro for my veg cab... :headbange MAN this thing is more powerful than I thought is was going to be. I'm going to have to rig up some sort of hood for it and I'll get it installed, it should really get my veg cab rocking! :rasta:

Till next time :joint:

Hiya Anima
I stumbled into organic ferts accidentally - using Botanicare PureBlendPro line. I supplement with guano during flower or hungry veg girls and feed 1/2 str PBP. I recognize the taste you describe, chemy / soapy. I also like AgeOld Bloom products, an economical organic line. Picky? Naahh. Why eat hamburger when you can have prime rib? :rasta: That's not picky, that's good taste!

Your cab plan is ambitious man - don't know how you guys do it - more than a couple handfuls of plants and I just start killin 'em :pointlaug - well maybe not quite that bad, but they definitely suffer from ignorance. :nono: 1 gram per watt - it's within your reach - and that would get a double W O W from me! I personally love rotating harvests - to process a plant or two every week or two is so much easier... Gonna be fun watching you develop the rotating harvest...:canabis:

Be safe be happy my friend!
