If you are not in the UK, youre fine without one. Even in the Uk, there's probably only a few things you would need a vpn for, so they mostly dont need one either. Most of these developers that make the addons you need, are based in Europe. Myself, in FL, I haven't needed a vpn for kodi for 4 years now...I have one, but it seems to slow my speed...

Hello people. Been a while. Thought I bump the thread awake again.
I'm in desperate need of something to watch again. I feel like I have watched everything out there.
I like Sci fi, horror , crime.
Anything?

I live in a home with three of those boxes, love them...

Saw Hotel Splendide last evening... great Thanksgiving movie if you don't mind a bit of silliness with Daniel Craig LONG before James Bond... British comedy at it's most revealing.

Currently slowly working thru the old Twin Peaks series getting ready for the expected drop of a new season (25 or so years later) from Lynch next Spring. Early X-Files are also refreshing.

But I haven't enjoyed a major 'Hollywood' release in some time... even going 'ho-hum' considering re-watching Star Trek's last film.

Does the concept of being TOO slickly over-produced ever become apparent to others?

Wow, I would definately need a full refresher for Twin Peaks. It's cob webs back there on that one, think I enlisted around the time that was wrapping up, Thanks Payaso! I'm guessing standard square box episodes, but I watched Storm of the Century(stephen king) in that aspect recently, so it would'nt be a shock to the system to give it a run through.

Gav, I would say Stranger Things is the series of the year for me. I also enjoyed Goliath, Bloodline, Versailles, The Crown, and I'm currently watching ITV's Victoria. You know I'm a history nerd, and new season of Vikings starts Nov 30th. Hoping the Last Kingdom hasn't been cancelled, need to check. I'd like to get to the Medici, and The Young Pope also soon...

Here's a LiveTV app in the style of Mobdro, or UKTVnow that I found...seems to have good quality channels. Dont bother going through the list to find your favorites, just pop what channels you like in the search, test them, and click the star to favorite... http://www.livetvglobal.com/ ...just go back and grab it from your file manager.

Seo-michael's kodi info site is hardly being updated anymore, and seem he's gone in another direction mostly, so I use this guy now for update info, and new addon instructions ...https://tutorial-iptv-xbmc.blogspot.com/

...and supposedly Kodi v17 Krypton's not going to allow for wizards, whenever it comes out....there's that..

Looks like I will have to try that twin peaks then. I don't mind them bring older programmes as long as they good. Thanks for the news on vikings. One of my favourite shows and didn't know when the new season starts. I'm also looking foreward to a new season of outsider's will have to Google when it's next on.

I've got a feeling next year's season of tpb will be the last. They've had cast leave and now Netflix has dropped them after this next season.
So I think it will be good bye from the boys. Anyway I watched their European tour thing and it seemed flat. The guys are getting old now

There's an early good quality 1080p link of "Inferno" in Release hub. The next Dan Brown/DaVinci code...check releasebb, sceper, ganool, possibly prime, should be there...

No just cam's I think. I don't watch watch cams... people can't seem to chew their popcorn not like a cow. I enjoyed "Indignation" the other night. It was a coming of age, jewish athiest kid going to a conservative Ohio college back in the 1950's because he's smart, but also to avoid the Korean War draft. A little School Ties, little Dead Poets Society feel to it. Very impressive, with a powerful ending...

"Captain Fantastic" another stand out for me this year. Mrs. Merx loved that one...made me want to say fuck it, and go live in the woods, wait out the crazy that's coming...

Can't believe I haven't mentioned Westworld... whole family gathers around for every episode...

Ya westworld is amazing. I watch it weekly but I wish I had waited until the whole season had finished because I hate waiting between episode's

I use a spmc app that makes it smoother and easier to update and stuff. It's called griffbuilds matey has a Facebook page and updates it at least once a week. A notification pops up to update and you click it.
I use his sky build on there. I use a firebox not the stick.

If they ever did find a way to block it a vpn would open it up again. There's always a way

These wizards might not work on Krypton v17...might be fine just to stay with Jarvis for a while, but the clock will start ticking. I don't bother with builds, b/c with the sites like https://tutorial-iptv-xbmc.blogspot.com/ , they let me know when, and how to update manually, the day of the update. Most wizard builds update a few days to a few weeks, but I know what addons I need to update everyday.

Do you have a browser on your Fire devices? You can get ES file explorer, and sideload Opera apk, perfect for these boxes...so you can bookmark sites, download apk's, and other things. There's a youtube vid on sideloading with es file explorer on the Fire devices. Those things are a couple years old now and still kickin eh? Must be good little machines...
