but how do we interpret this beast? i'm sure many have done so
what i see is gun ownership based on wealth
people, in general, want guns - i'll pass on the opinion whether they're a good idea for most people
certainly some countries restrict by law, but most telling is poverty
and as economies continue to grow, gun ownership will likely follow

I don't disagree with you mr mustard at all. That's the way most of the world seems to regard him. But you can't get away from the fact that he was elected by the American people via your 'democratic' election process, and now he resides in the White House, and probably will do for the next few years.

In a 2 horse race those who voted only had 2 real choices of electing the next President, and Trump took the biscuit, but so many just can't accept that and carry on without constantly complaining about it......

Yes... he is seen as a national embarrassment and unsuitable for the job, and the dem's have no need to be making up stuff to convince people that he is any worse than he might be for it just puts them in a bad light.

So if you are anti-Trump, its just a case of grinning and bearing it until the next election when you may have the chance to change things.

I never bother to vote in the UK because I have never seen a candidate for Prime Minister that I felt was worth my vote, and I don't like any of the political parties.....They all kow-tow to the crown and are bought and paid for by corporate interests. This is not democracy, more like a monarchistic autocracy.

I think pointing out how totally unfit he is and splashing his indiscretions everywhere possible whilst 'grinning and bearing it' is necessary otherwise the chance of another con artist maniac taking office will be greater.

The USA is geographically a very large country....
I have traveled it extensively, and we have a lot of breathtakingly beautiful places to see...
Throw your backpack and your bedroll in the back of your car or truck and see them for yourself, like I have...

Get out of the big urban areas, drive 50 or 100 miles and get away from all the negative shitty people...
Go sit on a rock bluff overlooking some valley or river, alone or with a close friend or two, and enjoy the beauty!

I'll do wonders for your psyche to get away from all the negativism surrounding you, if only for a couple days...

I remember just over a year ago when these accusations of Trump being involved in this Moscow 'Wee-Wee Party' came out via this Steele dosier...I watched the report on the BBC.

My older brother is a firm liberal/socialist and he was raving about how disgusting Trump was because of this, but I was not convinced because there was no real evidence, no video, no pictures of this actually occurring. To me it looked like a fake scandal to make Trump look bad.

I expressed my doubts about it to my brother and he went ballistic on me shouting and screaming, accusing me of being a Trump supporter etc (btw we are both British, in the UK)....lol

I have never been remotely interested in defending Trump, he does a pretty good job at making himself look silly without any other 'scandals' true or false.

Because of that episode my relationship with my brother has suffered, but I did see him this past Christmas. He seems so brain-washed by the BBC and any anti-Trump propaganda it makes him unreasonable because he is so keen to damn the man. He truly hates Trump to such an extent that anyone who questions his beliefs must be some sort of Trump loving fascist......even his own brother.

To me it just goes to show how powerful the main-stream-media can be in forming public opinion with fake news, to the point of turning one brother against another......tragically sad in my mind.

My grandmother is like that about Trump but I just don't talk politics with her it's pointless.

They have always been full of shit during elections now somehow everything about Trump is gospel to half the people. Of course my grandmother lives in a gated community for old people in Florida. The Union is the root of the problem. Let states do their own thing California wants to be far left let them, the South wants to be far right cool. New England don't have nothing in common with either.

Down with the Union!! The Confederate states should have succeeded. Just like the EU, the UK is not like France. I mean sure if you love the French you should be able to move their. Borders are bullshit in that sense.

That's what I'm saying, I don't think my way of life is for everyone so I don't expect people to live my way. It takes a conscientious person to live and let live. People like Cannavore and his socialist-democrat white suburban liberal arts college grad friends believe they are smarter than other people and that we should have to live how THEY want us to. That makes our case intellectually superior. Cannovore preaches tolerance, yet doesn't tolerate anything except his own viewpoints.
